I usually love my drinks I get from here, but today when I went the person working made my milk tea slush with pearls blended in when I didn’t ask for that, and just wanted regular pearls in the drink…..I was too scared to return the drink, I wasted $8 today 😭

I've visited this location several times, and while I enjoy their drinks, the service has consistently been disappointing. Each time I go, there's a note saying they'll be back in 5-10 minutes, and the wait ends up being much longer.

Used to come here more often but I avoid this place now. They are always understaffed. Takes about 20 mins to place your order and receive your drink. They only ever have one person on duty. On top of that, the quality of the product has gone down significantly. Would not recommend!!

This was by far the worst experience with bubble tea I’ve ever had, if you have any self respect you would avoid coming to this place at all cost. Pearl fever is right across the street , please I urge you to go anywhere but this place. An absolute disgrace to bubble
Disrespectful employees. There is a girl ? she has such bad attitude towards the customer. I was having a problem with the drink but she didn’t resolve the matter plus made me wait almost 15-20 mins if i asked for the manager’s number. I even asked her to get me some waffles instead of drink she said they cannot make waffle’s in store running hours there is no board mention in the store they cannot serve it after some time.Totally time waste and bad customer service.
