Nobody answers the phone and just had someone answer and left the phone on the counter so if you tried to call back it was busy everytime. Awful customer service it’s too bad cause the food is great

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while as it’s next to some other restaurants I like. Ladner really is a gold mine for food. The name of this restaurant is both descriptive and vague at the same time.

Although I didn’t know what cuisine they would serve walking in, it ended up not mattering because all they serve is really just… rice and noodles. Menu seemed to be mostly Thai/Chinese food so I ordered the pad Thai and it was great. The bean sprouts were a tad bit too raw for my liking but other than that, perfect lunch meal. Interestingly, when I went, they seemed to be promoting a local psychic, you don’t see that everyday 😂

I visited this store regularly with my husband and my 2 yrs old girl, we loved food here, today my husband take out pad Thai for me, and pad see Ew for my daughter, i found piece of stainless steel scrubber in the pad Thai, because my child love this either, I was tried to call you, but no answers, that’s why I wrote this review, I hope you pay attention to hygiene, and heard back from you.

My first time here, I had the yellow curry on rice with extra veggies. It was prepared promptly, the staff was extremely friendly, and the portion was perfect for the price. Will be ordering here again in the near future!

Delicious food, but our orders have been wrong on several occasion. Most recently my Laksa soup came with a long hair and without the boiled egg. On 2 occasions within the last 6 weeks I ordered a spice level of 5 while another person in my party ordered a spice level of 1, the meals were both made to spice level 5 on both occasions. Previous to that an order of Laksa soup with chicken arrived without the chicken. Despite liking the food we will not be ordering more in the future, the chance of mistakes being made is just too great.

My family and friends used to order rice and noodle from the Ladner location often. Now that there’s new owners or chef it’s just not the same and we stopped ordering. The Laksa soup was one of my favourites. Just gave it another try and it was laksaing flavour, if you know what I mean lol. Bland. My brother ordered the kung pao chicken and he said there wasn’t enough sauce, “very dry”. Don’t think we’ll order again unfortunately.
