Unfortunately this place has gone down hill,... they never answer the phone to place pick up order
even though its always absolutely empty inside.... Don't order close to closing time the cook will use the same cleaning gloves to prepare and cook your meal, the guy taking orders also used the same gloves to handle money and started preparing food. Very unhygienic.... learn your food safe people...

I wanted to support a small local business, a new restaurant in my neighborhood so I tried to place an order for pick up. After going through the whole process you must leave a tip of at least 13% for a pick up order. There's no option to skip the tip (for a pick up order!). What a joke. I'll never give this business my hard earned money. I'll go to their competitors.

The place was nice and clean, BUT FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. USED THE WRONG NOODLE FOR PAD SEW and made it taste too sweet and the MEAT WAS OF LOWER QUALITY.

Was passing by and found this place. Didn't realize it's a chain but was pleasantly surprised by the food. Their laksa and pad thai were both good. Would order again. I'd skip the satay chicken skewers though. Bit dry and wasn't very impressed.

I came here on a Friday night looking forward to a great meal. I like to dine in as the food doesn’t taste the same at home. I arrived at 8:20pm to order and the sign says it closes at 9pm. The lady at the counter said they were closing and really didn’t want me to dine in, only that I could take it to go. I love to support local business. But unfortunately I will never set foot in there again as much as I loved the food.

This was my 3rd visit... the staff is so friendly and I was so excited to have my dish but was so disappointed that they used frozen peas and carrots for my "vegetables" gross! Unfortunately the bbq pork was also very grisly, under cooked and so unappealing.

I was expecting a mixture of fresh vegetables and sadly that's not what happened.
Very disappointing!

Got the Pad Thai spice level 2 and it was perfectly spicy and so yummy! Tried my friend’s chowmein and it was delicious as well with slightly crispy noodles, a good amount of toppings and a lovely sauce! I would (and will) go back for both items ?
