My mom and I often stop by Ricky's in Scottsdale Mall after appointments in the area, and it has become one of our favourite spots. Whether we come for breakfast or lunch, the service is always outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make us feel welcome every time.

The food is consistently great — generous portion sizes, always fresh, hot, and delicious. On the rare occasion something needed attention, the team handled it right away and ensured we still had an excellent dining experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out.

We love visiting this location specifically because of the amazing service and the wonderful staff, especially Delia. We look forward to coming back soon and enjoying another great experience!

I visited this location for the Thanksgiving special dinner, and everything was excellent! The food and service were both outstanding, and the server was very accommodating, making meal modifications just as I requested. A great experience overall — highly recommend!

My family had thanksgiving dinner at Ricky’s Scottsdale centre
1/ The server was fantastic very pleasant, very helpful.
2/ The meals came out lacking vegetables especially broccoli- there was a half piece of broccoli on my plate the lovely server had to say it to kitchen, I had to wait until there was more cooked.

I was in for a quick bite this morning I walked in to be greeted with a warm smile offered the daily special this restaurant exceeded my expectations the server was very warm and made me feel very welcome to the restaurant seems like this place has alot of repeat customers as everyone was on a first name basis thanks for the great start to the day. Chicken avacado omelette I highly recommend the coffee was actual coffee,will definitely make this a stop in my work commute now thanks for the great service and welcoming environment

Went for lunch during work hours. Food was great, but service was abominable. The server brought us water after 10 minutes of waiting. Food took 20 more to arrive. During that time, the server didn't come once to check if we needed or wanted anything else. At the end, she gave me an attitude when I left no tip. Petty, rude, and overall bad experience. Such a shame because the food is great.

I really like this restaurant! My friends and I come here at least once a week. The food is consistently good with a wide selection to choose from. Ricky’s has the best breakfast sausages of any restaurant in this area. The staff is always friendly and remembers repeat customers. I've noticed that there is minimal staff turnover. That is a plus for me since it indicates a restaurant where the staff is willing to be loyal. I have no problem recommending Ricky’s as a great restaurant for North American cuisine.

This is my second-time cone to this location for breakfast. Their AC always feel too cold. Their food and services are ok. Compare other locations I like the one in Coquitlam

Great service. Love their new spring menu items. Fish and sweet chili shrimp was delicious. Highly recommended.

Worst meal have had out in a long time piece of fish was just soggy mush. And their women’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting will never go to this location again
