Love coming to Ricky’s :) I look foward to seeing Sonia and Nirmala !! These two women always greet me with a smile and are so friendly and fun to be around .they both provide excellent service.I have been coming to this location for a number of years and don’t think I will ever stop :)

Great service. Out server was attentive and very caring. The food was well presented and prices not bad. It's breakfast! How can you go wrong?

Food was cold , had to ask for coffee refill, Salisbury steak just microwave heated up not worth it don't get it. Sausage are chewy tough, pancakes 🥞 not fluffy cold n tasted old, toast was cold. Just not worth the hype u all rave about. Bacon was too crispy. Won't be back. Only thing hot was the coffee nn tea. Place wasn't busy so no reason for slow service. 2 servers one was on her phone other one was waiting tables. Tables needed to be cleaned was sticky can see the filthy table. 20$ and more a meal not worth it.

I ordered Ricky’s All Day Grill through Uber Eats and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered the breakfast bowl and all the ingredients were fresh and looked just as delicious as expected. Everything was packed securely, portions were appropriate, and most importantly, everything tasted really good. It’s honestly hard to find places that actually come through on quality and consistency, but this one did. Well done!

Went to Ricky's today, so disgusted by the owners attitude, they screwed up our food, waited 40 mins and came out wrong, the owner didn't even acknowledge the mistakes instead became defensive. Sonia our server was amazing and on it right away.. should have more manager/ owners like her not a racsim person walking around with artitude.

Ordered the Blackstone breaky bowl, asked for no tomatoes and shredded hash browns. When the item came it had tomato's. The serving size was much smaller than it typically is. My husband ordered the chorizo breaky bowl and it was a much bigger serving also had tomato's. Server came back after I was finished and said something about the tomatoes and said if I asked if I said no tomato's. I replied yes I did and she said oh no must be all of the sugar I've had... Offered to bring a new meal but I had already eaten everything, I said no worries and moved on.

My mom and I often stop by Ricky's in Scottsdale Mall after appointments in the area, and it has become one of our favourite spots. Whether we come for breakfast or lunch, the service is always outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make us feel welcome every time.

The food is consistently great — generous portion sizes, always fresh, hot, and delicious. On the rare occasion something needed attention, the team handled it right away and ensured we still had an excellent dining experience. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out.

We love visiting this location specifically because of the amazing service and the wonderful staff, especially Delia. We look forward to coming back soon and enjoying another great experience!

I visited this location for the Thanksgiving special dinner, and everything was excellent! The food and service were both outstanding, and the server was very accommodating, making meal modifications just as I requested. A great experience overall — highly recommend!

My family had thanksgiving dinner at Ricky’s Scottsdale centre
1/ The server was fantastic very pleasant, very helpful.
2/ The meals came out lacking vegetables especially broccoli- there was a half piece of broccoli on my plate the lovely server had to say it to kitchen, I had to wait until there was more cooked.

Food ok nothing to write home about 👎🏻
