Shout out to Amritpal he was so nice he came to check in on us 3 times just to make sure our food was just right also I took my wife and granddaughter to dine and it was a wonderful experience we will surely come back here another time I recommend others to come here

Returned for first time after several years.
All OK but not outstanding for the price point.
If you need a meal it works.
All cooked right and service is quick. Just a little light on portion size for the price

We ordered take out delivery for breakfast and the quality was a 2/5. The breakfast sausages look nothing like the photo, and the eggs Benedict fell apart by the time it arrived. The store forgot to pack any condiments, no butter or jam or pancake syrup. When we called the store to complain they suggested driving back ourselves to pick it up. This is such a small issue but really ruins your meal. It would have been nice if the store refunded a small amount or gave a discount for future purchase since this was such an inconvenience.

Stopped for lunch, we all enjoyed our food.... atmosphere is like being in a Denny's.....Ricky's all have the same menu and the food is always tasty.
I love the liver, veggies and mashed potatoes. Something I rarely have at home.

I had the worst experience i’ve ever had and at rickie’s in ladner. Our server never came over to see us once and we had a host taking our orders the entire time we were there. She was clearly unexperienced as her job is a host not a server. the service was extremely slow and it took 15 minutes for us to get food orders in. I also ended up getting the wrong order so we had asked to speak to the manager. The manager at this location was extremely unprofessional and began to argue with me right off the batt and gave us no compensation. There restaurant is in terrible quality and the booths have left black dirt all over my pants. This was by far the worse experience i’ve had and I will never return to this location.

Worst breakfast ever had at a Ricky's. Was shocked. Food cold, portions small, eggs cooked wrong. Ended up giving it to my dog

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of gluten-free options. I came here because all the Ricky's I have gone to have gluten-free bread. To be told that you haven't had any gluten-free bread for a long time, was completely frustrating. I will never come back here.

I ordered fish and chips from DoorDash since I was in the middle of nowhere for work and couldn't leave.

My order was missing utensils, tartar sauce, ketchup and napkins. Now I'm eating with my dry fish and chips with my dirty hands and wiping them on the bag

I paid $35 for the experience.

When I called to see what we could do about this, they offered an apology. ??
