A little gem tucked away at the far end of the twassen ferry terminal food court. Most people line up at the Starbucks and miss out. Do yourself a favor and try Sweet Thea instead of the Starbucks....I'm sure glad I did! Great coffee and fantastic baked treats!

Coffee is fantastic. But my cup was half full which is disappointing.
If I'm paying for the full cup, i want to get full cup of coffee.
We ordered two pastries out both are stone cold even we asked for a warm up. Impolite services

This place is great. Made from the ground up with amazing hand pies, drinks etc etc. Some of the best food on the ferry Concord. To address those reviewers who make comments about customer service must be completely out of touch with the pay grade, the abuse, etc etc. Sure, agreed, maybe could be more attentive, but you have to commute out here and work with people who are in the worst state sometimes.
Dietary restrictions: There are not too many vegan options, but the cookie is good and again, I don't judge companies that don't have more vegan options

The café is located inside the Market at The Fairmont Empress. Every time I travel to Victoria, I get coffee from here. Highly recommended!

The Ferry dosn't discriminate agnist people where they live to work there. Why does this organization?
Always grab a fresh bake when we are heading to the island.
Stick to the top shelf, all fresh and super tasty.
Not cheap but we'll worth it.

Tips are set pretty high for mediocre, un-polite service.
Absolutely brutal girls working there . Tried to get a drink but all three were to busy on their phones . Hard to find good help

My favourite spot for a quick coffee and fresh baked croissant before boarding the ferry to Victoria.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options
Kid-friendliness: Lots to appeal to a kid's appetite
Wheelchair accessibility: Access at street level

While I understand how difficult it can be to work in so busy a place as this, being openly rude to customers is a bridge too far.

Not sure why all the low reviews. They get blasted with customers waiting for the ferry and did a nice job keeping the line flowing. The coffee and tea were very good. They even had mighty leaf tea, which is a pretty high quality tea that moat places would not use (sue to cost).

Super friendly staff and good coffee and food.
No need for Starbucks when their coffee and baked goods are this good. Try the croissant muffin (cruffin).
A great little treat before sailing.

Bought two pieces of banana bread while waiting for a ferry. Absolutely stale and dry. Clearly old stock. $8 and we could barely eat it. I'm embarrassed for Thea.
