Visited the restaurant on 23 Nov, Sunday. Terrible customer service exhibited by the supervisor on duty at 6.35 pm. There was a promo for 13$ consisting of burger, fries and drink which wasn’t offered to me as they ran out of fries, or perhaps because of nearly closing time, they avoided preparing it. Simply not acceptable in a restaurant business. Anyways when I ordered for a burger and drink I forgot to mention for halal. However I immediately realised and highlighted to give halal only. The lady requested the supervisor for halal burgers who was reluctant to change it. Upon my insistence that I won’t be taking it, he changed it saying that it will be cross contaminated. Leaving no other option, I agreed to take it. The supervisor said that it will be 4 dollar extra for halal burgers. I told him that in the first place he didn’t give me the deal containing fries and the food is also cross contaminated, he shouldn’t be taking this extra money. He argued and made me realised that because of me he wasted four patties. All in all, poor customer service they don’t know what restaurant business is all about.

I ordered the halal burger and two mango milkshakes. While I was eating my burger, I bit into something so hard I thought my tooth had broken — to my utter shock, it was a metal ball inside the patty.
I was also given only one mango milkshake and one vanilla, despite the worker confirming that both were mango. When I tried to return the incorrect milkshake, I was told it was my fault and that they could not replace it. The food itself is good, but some of the staff’s behavior and lack of accountability are unacceptable and unbelievable. The only worker I liked were the 2 women

I go here with my hubs and son every couple of weeks ( we live in Richmond). The two ladies that always seem to be working there when we go are great! They are are friendly and they make my burger perfectly:).

Really enjoyed the burger combo I got after recently having a disappointing trip to a Vera's Burger.
Completely different from the pictures. The bread wasn’t great, the vegetables tasted like they were frozen, the burger patty was burnt, and the fries were swimming in oil. Really disappointing experience.

As a Food Technologist and Nutritionist with many years of experience in the food industry, I believe in supporting establishments that prioritize quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this burger shop in Tsawwassen was profoundly disappointing on all fronts.
The experience began with high expectations, influenced by attractive promotional photos displaying gourmet-style burgers. However, the reality was vastly different. What was served bore little resemblance to the advertised images both in presentation and quality.
The bread used was of the lowest quality, resembling inexpensive supermarket buns, and the overall ingredients lacked freshness and care in preparation. The burgers were poorly cooked, and the textures and flavors were subpar far below even average standards.
Adding to the disappointment was the excessive wait time: over 50 minutes for just three burgers. During this time, it became clear that the staff lacked proper training and experience, which was reflected in the disorganized service and lack of professionalism.
The atmosphere itself did little to redeem the experience, feeling more like a rushed setup than a welcoming dining environment. Combined with the food quality, it made for one of the most unsatisfying dining experiences I've had in British Columbia.
My son after first bite the burger, he put it down and ask me to go somewhere else and have another food.
I do not recommend this establishment. There are far better options within Tsawwassen Mills and the surrounding area where time, money, and expectations are respected. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of all three.

While taking our order, the cashier was scratching her ears and touching her hair, then immediately handled the register and handed us our drinks from the fountain without washing her hands. It was very off-putting and disappointing.
