We came in here because the photos looked tasty and the combo looked like a great value. Definitely were not disappointed. The patties were juicy and the burger had a very authentic vibe. Staff were friendly and food came out quickly even though it was pretty busy.

The burger looked nothing like the menu photo. They use Villagio brand store bought buns instead of the advertised brioche buns. The patty was mashed and dry. The fries and onion rings were overcooked. You could taste the oil need to be changed. The staff were rude and looked miserable. The tables were disgusting and garbage was everywhere. Definitely not worth the $25.

Great quality burger. Just be prepared for a long wait. Half hour wait. The cook is very slow. Instead of using half the grill to cook he could use the whole thing. Also staying off his phone would help

Very good tasting burgers and fries although a bit too salty for my liking. I like that you can customize everything on your burger. The service here was extremely slow. There were two groups in front of us and it took forever to order our food. For a while there was no one working at the cashier. Once we ordered it took about 15 minutes to get our food which seemed really slow. The biggest delay seemed to be cooking the actual burgers. They also forgot all our drinks and served confused when I asked about them.

It was a second time I’ve tried it. They do have halal meat and veggie burger. In my opinion I liked the meat more than the veggie burger.Also they are cooking the halal meat& the veggie in separate side.I highly recommend it.

These burgers were awesome! Way better than what I expected from a mall restaurant. Flame kissed and juicy, the burgers were cooked to perfection. Onion rings were crunchy and fries were fluffy and crisp!
Angus beef burger are good, fresh fries with self served flavour powder are good. Shrimp burger is soso. All good prepared immediately so a little bit wait is needed.

Me and my girlfriend were walking in trying to look at the menu when we were rudely and disruptively interrupted by this south Asian worker who was cleaning the tables with a rag. He told us very rudely “you may move over there” with a fairly rude tone. And I asked “what’s that sorry” and he said it again but a bit louder. After that, we felt disrespected and left the store. We were drawn into the store with the smell of the burgers but don't let that fool you as the staff are fairly rude and don’t know customer service. I’m not sure if it’s the language barrier, but we felt rudely interrupted.
