This is by far the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff engage with everyone. They are genuinely friendly. They know the locals and try to get to know new faces.

I was here with my sister this morning; we both ordered drinks only. She got a Decaf latte made with coconut milk, and I ordered a Matcha latte, also made with coconut milk. It was insanely busy but things were flowing fairly well. The guy at the counter taking orders was really nice and was definitely working the right station. At the far left were two girls working on a mobile or pickup order that was large, two females were working the bar from what I observed. One of them, I believe named Emily, had super chaotic energy. She was loud and moving quickly, but it didn't seem any more efficient than the other girl who was quietly making drinks as they came. She was actually quite distracting when I was trying to place my order and I had to pause to try and focus. People were staring at her, possibly thinking the same thing I did. Our very pleasant visit suddenly turned less pleasant as being around her was very anxiety inducing. I have been to this location several times without issue, but today would definitely deter me from visiting again!

No Lid? No Sleeve for the hot drinks anymore?. I asked why I do not get a lid today or sleeve, (I did yesterday) and I was directed to the LID table 20 feet away. "New plastics reduction By-Law Dec, 2023 and the server proudly announced Starbucks is now fully complying!". I suggested they remove the 18% tip prompt seeing that I now have to remember to bring a protective glove and drink cover to safeguard myself while I carry my hot drink to find a lid and sleeve. As every other question about your life is asked every time you enter a Starbucks, perhaps they could replace one of the inane friendlies with "Would you like a lid?
