They barely call out your name so you're left wondering if it is your drink. Also last 3 times here their coffee just tasted awful. I don't know what they're doing wrong to make it taste so poor as compared to other Starbucks.

Preordered after parking my car in line. Walked over and could not tell if my drink was ready as they don’t organize the drinks by customer name or any logical order as they do other Starbucks stores. Other customers were confused as well and were just standing around as drinks on the counter piled up. Spotted one of my drinks and asked the barista if the other one was still coming. She looked at me like I was dumb. My other drink was on the counter but was no where close to my other order. Why would I touch other people’s drinks to see if they’re mine? A little effort in customer service would make such a difference. It would also help with crowd management as people can quickly grab their orders and leave.

Had 2 drip coffees found a lot of grinds in the bottom have no idea how this could even happen was the filter broken?
Strange because I have never had that in any other location.

Never got my drink. Waited for 15 minutes and gave up because one drink wasn’t worth missing the ferry for. Lady who ordered a few people ahead made it back to her car literally as her line was starting to move.

If you want to run a business that services a ferry that is on a strict schedule, you need to know how to not delay people. On Bowen island, the restaurants literally do a last call to make sure you understand how long things will take to come out. THAT’S understanding your customer base.

We were in line and about to order to cashier name OLWEN but she turned her back on us and started doing other tasks without saying anything. We waited for about 5 minutes before the other cashier asked to serve us. OLWEN was very rude and that wasn't good customer service. It would've been nice if she told us to go to the other cashier.

We ordered 3 drinks… 2 americanos and a dirty chai, we asked for milk in the americanos and got none, the dirty chai had no flavour and tasted like a cup of hot water with a hint of who knows what. And of course you can’t do much since we didn’t have time because we were boarding. Definitely refrain from going here,

Waited 35 mins for a matcha and almost missed my ferry.

Wish I could give 0 stars. There were three workers. The terrible manager who was working very slow was circling around with a bucket of ice and having one worker to do all the orders and drinks. It took 20 minutes for an Americano. Another 5 minutes passed and they forgot the rest of my order (a wrap). When I asked if they can look into my order because I need to return to my vehicle to make for boarding, I was given attitude and they were “moving as fast as they can and I need to wait like the rest.” I understand it’s rush but I had been waiting, in fact 3 orders after me received theirs before mine. Clearly they are not working fast enough if only 2 out of 3 people are actually working. I ended up not getting my breakfast wrap and having to rush back to my car for loading. Only go here if you have more than 30 minutes to spare. I want a refund.
