Most of the staff at this location are friendly, but I had a disappointing experience with one employee. It was not busy, but after the customer before me placed their order, I was told to wait while the staff member did other tasks. I had to stand there for a while before my order was finally taken, and there was no apology or acknowledgment. Service should prioritize customers first.

This branch is kind of a joke, no wonder reviews are bad..I ordered a coffee and cheese danish and it took forever. I’ve been to different starbucks and this is the worse service, a nightmare experience. If I can only take it back the tip, I would. Employees have more time chatting with each other than prepping the orders..so DISAPPOINTING!

I went to Starbucks and I told and had regular drink initially the cashier was having an issue punching in my drink anyway that worked out once my drink was ready and I went to pick it up. I didn’t get the servers name, but she told me how this isn’t a drink that they normally make and would not be something they would normally make and I honestly was a little bit offended the way I was spoken to, and I said OK and sat down. Then I went through my phone and I looked up my previous orders I had ordered the same drink at the same Starbucks June 26. So I went to show her that instead of saying yes you are right. She gained stated we do not make this drink at this Starbucks then she called her manager, whose name was Bree and she basically reiterated the same thing that her employed I cannot believe that’s how Starbucks treat their customer.

This place is disgusting never seen a starbucks in such a bad condition feels like timmis of downtown . They really need to focus on keeping it clean . And i saw coffee spill on counter that seemed like was there from one hour

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years—long enough that I still have a container featuring the original logo! Over the years, I've visited countless Starbucks locations, but the one in Delta, at Scott 72 Centre, is truly my favorite. This store has a unique charm. The welcoming atmosphere reminds me of Cheers, the beloved American sitcom's iconic opening line: "Where everybody knows your name." I am struggling here because there are so many names of the wonderful staff to remember, but one thing they all have in common: cheerful and infectious smiles. Thanks, Scott 72, Starbucks friends.
