Typical Starbucks. Noisy, rushy, commercial, rehearsed/fake service🫢 I generally avoid going to Starbucks these days so haven’t been to one in a while. My main point to write this review today is to make note of how noticeable all their pastries have shrunk in size! They are all so tiny lmao hahaha. They are all kid size and look like they could fit into a big doll house lol like, the banana bread could be used as a bed 😄 Watching Starbucks over the years has been very comically entertaining tbh. The brand tries so hard to put up an image of making everything look fancy while it really is a dressed up fast food joint. I wonder how long fake businesses like this could go on pretending before customers wake up to Truth. 😉✨🤙

I went on red cup day and I received such wonderful service from Lisa, got myself a caramel brûlée. I decided to get another drink after but the other clerk gave me the wrong size. I called and talked to Britney the manager of Delta and she was very nice and resolved my complaints, I give these 2 employees, 5 stars for exceptional great service. Great asset to Starbucks, thank you

I received great service from Lisa at this store on red cup day, so I decided to buy another drink, had issues with another clerk not knowing the size you need to get the red cup. Britney manager helped resolved this issue and I received awesome service from her, these 2 are very hard working and great asset to the store. 5 stars for these 2 employees

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say this Starbucks really needs to train their baristas better. My experience with Brit was very unpleasant — she was rude and dismissive. It honestly came across as biased behavior, which was really disappointing to see. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service and respect for all customers.

Honestly not worth the wait. This place is always packed and somehow still takes forever just to make a simple coffee. I waited over 20 minutes for a basic latte while people who ordered after me got theirs first. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The coffee itself was fine, but definitely not good enough to justify the chaos. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to kill.
