Stood at the front of the line for 5 minutes while 3 employees stood there and didn’t help me. You need to train your employees that in person customers are first priority. You have them working on so many mobile orders and stick work that they don’t prioritize the customers right in front of them. This team does not care at all. Make changes. Just walked out. Nobody apologized or stopped us. Brutal!!

Seriously. I spend $10 on a latte and oatmeal this morning and while I’m uploading my receipt and mixing the fruit in my oatmeal, I take of my mask for facial recognition on my phone and get ordered to put it back on, I “obey” the “command” and two minutes later I’m told that I’m not allowed to “loiter” in the store. Who treats customers that way and gets away with it? Answer: Starbucks.

Giving four because most of the staff are really cool. Just one dude with earrings (fairly certain it was a dude) interrupted me twice in the span of four minutes, as I was talking to one of the other employees asking a legitimate question to avoid the use of waste with the cups.It's a skill to be so sneakily rude.Not sure how people like that end up in the service industry to be honest.Maybe it's the lack of sleep with a newborn or maybe I'm just over sh*ty attitudes of employees...read full review
