Since there's no way I can complain about Starbucks as a whole, I can only do it here to my neighborhood Starbucks (and I know they don't care anyways). Trick customer buy 25 and lied to us that will honour 5 back, but it never happened. I don't know you are this desperate. This company is falling to hell.

Took 13 minutes to get my coffee, and it was made wrong so back to the barista, which added more waiting time. And they forgot part of my food order too 👎🏼

Went in to pickup my mobile order first thing in the morning , as I'm waiting for it to be made an employee tells the barista making my drink "oh my god I'm sorry you have to make drinks right now" right infront of me. Then as I'm leaving they had gotten another mobile order and the barista who made my drink says "why the hell are people mobile ordering right now" seemingly annoyed. For some insight , at the time , i was the only customer inside. Starbucks please retrain your staff in customer service.

I have never had to wait long and always feel seen and appreciated when I come in as a costumer. I have never had a wrong order. I usually take my coffee to go, so I can not comment on the space.
The manager is generous and donates coffee for our small elementary schools events often.

The area faced a power outage due to a motor vehicle incident & so with indefinite access to electricity ,we made our way to this Starbucks location for breakfast and our morning coffee.

The seats available had no power inlet and on requesting the customer with one available they allowed us to charge our phones by their table,
After the customer left and our phones (x2) continued to charge with intervals of our supervision,
At some point both phones and their respective chargers had been confiscated by “the manager” without even a single round of asking if they belonged to any of the customers.

We were then given attitude and rudely told off about what’s a decent “do or don’t” in a cafe filled with other individuals.

Whilst Im certainly not hating on the brand itself, I would request Starbucks to keenly consider & train their staff to bare minimum stand for what the brand represents.
We live in a far too developed era to have staff bring forth their “bad days” onto customers without a valid cause.

Please check out your staff… Brit is the name of the staff attending on register. Not at all welcoming, high on attitude. Worst experience, suggesting to you guys, try to avoid the store if you don’t want to spoil your first moment of the day… your coffee.
I m not rating on food.., because I leave the store without having anything.

I consistently choose this location for my coffee due to the exceptional service and quality. The staff, including Simran, Breanna, Eshma, and Caitlin, stand out for their personable and attentive approach. They take the time to get to know each customer and demonstrate a genuine commitment to crafting the perfect cup of coffee. They have frequently gone above and beyond to ensure my order is just right, often recalling specific preferences I may forget to mention. The combination of consistently excellent beverages and engaging conversations makes this my preferred coffee destination

Run into 1 of Starbuck employee that ever so rude and mean. She talk with attitude like she doesn't care about the customers and act like she is the owner. Staff quite slack because they just talking with each other's and let customers wait in line and pickup, and 1 of the staff pointed the co-worker to cashier because there wasn't anyone at the cashier, yet she seem not to care when there's a lineup. Need new manager for sure, doesn't look like manager doing it's job after recently many bad reviews.
