This place is a pain for food drivers. There is literally no place to wait. Some of the new staffs are really not friendly. The orders literally stay on desk, they don’t pack it and we have to inform them. I can provide the details if the management wants more details.

Stopped by this Starbucks around 1 p.m. after a long, busy morning and a bad headache — and Lucy the barista truly made my day! She took my order with such kindness and warmth, and the barista who prepared my cappuccino made it absolutely perfect — hot, fluffy, and comforting in every sip. Lucy even added a cute “stay warm” puppy drawing on the cup that made me smile instantly. Thank you, Lucy, and the entire team (and Robert, the manager!) for such thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be back soon! ☕Sabeena💕

Store manager straight up told me I wasn’t friendly, on my birthday. No wonder the stocks for the company are dipping. Won’t be back to this location specifically.

Terrible experience with this location. Last 2 times I ordered from uber this location defaults and the coffee is spilled inside the bag ruining the food items and leaking bag into my house. I believe the coffee is either poured too hot and or not secured well.

Surprisingly came in morning here at 7am for pickup but staff kept me waiting for 15mins really very slow service.

Frustrated long term customer here for 3 main reasons:

1) quality of the beverage was at best a 2 of 10, FAR too much ice, so much so that my daughter finished the drink in a few sips and her only comment was, at least the strawberries tasted like Special K strawberries. Her Pink Drink was watery and our of balance.
2) Cold drink maker was slammed and the team didn't support him. What made it worse he was busy talking with his friends while he was way behind on orders.
3) He went on to skip our drink and make others for people who ordered after us.

The worst experience I have had a store in a long time and ended up getting a drink that was frankly gross. Should have had them remake the drink but at this point we were 15 minutes late and it probably would have meant more of the same anyway. I continue to wonder if I ask for money back or just getting my coffee fix elsewhere? Probably the latter ...

I ordered tomato and mozzarella focaccia and what I received was just bread.

I ordered coffee from this girl named seerat in the evening. She was really sweet and helped me select a cup for my wife.

This was my door dash order, I waited more than an hour because apparently employees don’t check the orders and somebody took my order so my delivery driver left the store and had to come back to remake my order and that made me wait even longer. Also i did not ask for no whipped cream.

The team at this store is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and efficient service. The baristas are not only skilled at crafting the perfect drink but also go above and beyond to make the space welcoming and clean.
Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee or staying to work for a bit, the atmosphere here always feels calm and inviting. Highly recommend this location for both the quality and the vibe!
