I ordered a veggie sub with veggie patties. They charged me $13.95. This is not the price at any other branch in Surrey or delta, and no other location charges this much. The price is $ 12.78, some locations vary 10 cents to 30 cents only. Feel ripped off

Placed an order online an hr before I wanted to pickup. When I arrive they have no order on file. Proceeded to serve reat of store negore looking into my order they had never gotten. Had to show them my bank statement to prove order even with my order number and all details. They never received my order, asked for a refund as I needed it to go hence the pre order. As per manager I have to wait 2-4 business days for refund What a joke. Was given no food and have to wait for my money back for something they never even attempted to make. Will NEVER be back and will be sure to tell all my friends and delta staff to never visit. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a veggie patty sub with olives, onions, crispy onions, five sauces, and pepper & salt seasoning. Instead, I received a sandwich with basically nothing in it except lettuce/spinach. On top of that, the bread was overbaked and so hard it was difficult to bite.
Honestly, this was very disappointing. People order food because they’re hungry and wait for it, and after waiting we received something like this. This has happened to me several times before and I stayed quiet, but this time it was really frustrating. 😖
Riya served me today and she was really sweet and cheerful to begin with. The service was pretty good. She made sure she asked me everything properly about my preferences in my sandwich. Good work Riya. Keep it up!😊

I went there last night late and grabbed a steak and cheese. Thr rest of the night and next morning I was glued to my toilet. Im definitely have questions on how long the meat was out because it looked like I was eating green eggs and ham based on the crap I had after!

I love this subway! There was such a kind lady working when I was there and I’ve never been asked this before but she was making my boyfriends sandwich that had meat on it and I don’t eat meat, she asked me if I’d like her to change her gloves for handling my veggie sub, I feel like all employees should ask this after handling meat! 10/10 would recommend this place!
