I orderd 3 chicken teryaki wrapps.the employee bearly put any chicken in one of them,and when i pointed to her that the middle sandwish has much less chicken,she ignored my remark and just rearranged the chicken inside the wrap to look full.

I had a worst expereince with this subway restaurant. I ordered two footlong subway. And inspite of giving instruction clearly to put sauces more. They they didn't even put. It felt very dry.

I asked for the 2 footlong deal, get one free. I asked for all 3 to be meatball marinara. They made 2 footlongs, then said they didn't have enough meatballs for the 3rd footlong. So I asked could I take another type of footlong & they said ok. I asked if they will honor the deal. They said yes! When I went up to pay ,they charged me extra for the 3rd footlong?!! I guess the ladies working there do not understand English well enough? Or just didn't care to honour their deal?!! Too bad .. You lost a customer!

We politely asked if you can grill our sandwich and she said ill do it but all your veggies are gonna be out! I believe it depends on how you do it, and of course if you really want to do it for the guest. I always get my sandwich grilled and people do it nicely. The other girl gave a grilled sandwich nicely just to the previous customer. And when if there's an issue, there's a way to convey the message. Poor customer service.

So once I ordered online for two foot longs, and the one was okay, but the second one was completely wrong. Missing items and wrong dressings. So, Then I went there twice to buy foot-longs and the customer service was terrible. I mean.. other subway locations are too good at customer service, they are really nice. But this one specifically, especially because of one particular worker it felt terrible. So this lady wont make my order in accordance to me. She put less crispy onions with tip of her fingers, so I asked for extra crispy onions and she said she would charge that. That makes no sense because even on online order, I wont be charged for extra crispy onions. One time, she didnt have crispy onions, nor the dressing I wanted, so i patiently asked her to sprinkle some spice on it, and she denied that, telling me she will charge for that. No other subway location would do that. I love subway, but this one particular location sucks because of her. I don’t have her name to mention but I hope I she learns how to give better service.

I placed my order today at 2pm. Three sandwiches,$47. The bread was very soft and not toasted at all. It only took one minute in the oven for three sandwichesI will not go to this location again...

poor service you need to upgrade your night staff, they were not providing us wraps at night moreover grill was on and working but they refused to grill my sandwich, she was not even interested to take out order, and she was also not wearing her name tag , overall a bad experience . i usually visit at this location always the service was good but today it was horrible as there line was we are cleaing and grill was not possible due to chemical on it but it was still on i clearly see that

If there were an option to give less than one star, I would have selected it.
First of all, the lady taking the order had very poor customer service skills. I was polite and respectful—using “please” and “thank you”—because I work in customer service myself and know how important that is. But her attitude was rude and dismissive.
I noticed the portions were much smaller compared to other locations. I asked for a regular portion of crispy onions, was told it would cost extra (which I agreed to), but what I received was barely a tablespoon. That’s unacceptable.
Then I asked to have my sandwich grilled. She said they had just turned on the grill, so I would have to wait. This happens every time I come here—why is the grill not heated during business hours?
To make things worse, I was charged $21 CAD for two 6-inch subs and a drink, which is completely overpriced. What’s more confusing is that the prices in-store were much higher than what the app shows. I don’t understand the inconsistency—there should be transparency and alignment between the app and in-store pricing.
I will not be returning to this location again. I hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously. And please stop asking customers for fake positive reviews. It’s frustrating when honest experiences are ignored.
