I recently had a fantastic experience at this location and I want to commend the staff for their exceptional service. The girl working there was very friendly and made the best sub. The restaurant was clean. Highly recommended!

I had a horrible experience with Sukhman as my sandwich artist January 4th. She was very unwelcoming and gave me an attitude as soon as I was choosing the bread. She proceeded to not fold the turkey on the sandwich like they do at every other subway, instead she slopped on a bunch of turkey randomly. She followed this by not peeling back the cheese slices before putting them on the sandwich, giving me an heaps of uneven layered cheese all over the sloppy turkey. She ended my experience by asking “are you done yet ?” with a raging attitude. I have never had worse service and I’ve never had a worse made sandwich. I really hope you deal with this employee because this is a disgrace to a good sandwich chain. Might try firehouse subs on the way back home instead.

Pulled up and they’re closing up at 10:10 when the close at 10:30, super rude, sassy and poor service rushing us and them giving my sub to me unwrapped. Don’t do the night shift if you can’t handle last minute customers

I recently visited Subway, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The first thing that struck me was the fresh ingredients. The variety of vegetables available was impressive, and they looked crisp and vibrant. Sukhman was really great for her costumer service she’s best I say.

We placed a mobile order today which was supposed to be ready for pick up at 4:10pm. We arrived on time and went into the restaurant to pick up the food at exactly 4:10pm because the Subway App indicated the order was completed and ready to be picked up. When I entered the store, the worker, Manpreet, was acting frazzled on the phone. When she finally looked up she asked how she can assist me, I shared I’m here to pick up an online order, Manpreet then said “okay, it’ll be a moment” and then she continued to loiter behind the counter and pacing back and forth on the phone. Then after she finally got off the phone she started to make, what I assumed, was my order which was 7 minutes after I Manpreet mentioned it would ‘just be a moment’. This was unacceptable as we had 2 young kids waiting in the car and hence why I believe placing an online order would have been a better idea. Manpreet also did not apologize for the late order or the inconvenience this has caused me. This was the first time I’d ever seen one individual working at subway, during dinner time, on a weekday night. This entire encounter was unprofessional by subway standards. As the food was made correctly, we will not be visiting this subway again.
I visited this subway many times and i mostly came here because of the hygiene and good services provide by them as they changes their gloves frequently after every order. I also want to talk about Harman’s way of dealing with customer should be appreciated as she is very polite. I always have seen the store is very clean every time.
