My kids love subway so we get it a lot. We donāt usually go to this one and I realize now thatās a good thing because we had the worst customer service experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. My advice would be to never ever step foot in this establishment.

Worst subway in bc they said we couldnāt refund after 30 seconds of ordering it and said that they made it already and when we were calling them they kept hanging up super rude when we got there and just not a good vibe in all I would not recommend going there.

All The staff here is so rude specially SUKHMAN. Worst ever.I have been to other branches also but staff here is very unwelcoming.And the way they prepared my food with anger .i dont expect paying and having such cursefully made food.Just a big no to this branch ..They have no respect for customer.i think such staff should not exist as they can spoil any businesses reputation.

I had a horrible experience with Sukhman as my sandwich artist January 4th. She was very unwelcoming and gave me an attitude as soon as I was choosing the bread. She proceeded to not fold the turkey on the sandwich like they do at every other subway, instead she slopped on a bunch of turkey randomly. She followed this by not peeling back the cheese slices before putting them on the sandwich, giving me an heaps of uneven layered cheese all over the sloppy turkey. She ended my experience by asking āare you done yet ?ā with a raging attitude. I have never had worse service and Iāve never had a worse made sandwich. I really hope you deal with this employee because this is a disgrace to a good sandwich chain. Might try firehouse subs on the way back home instead.
