I was there on my lunch I waited for 15 minutes for her to take care of two customers I ran out of time and I had to go without eating it

I went there to get my dinner, and I ordered an Italian bmt, unfortunately I was in rush and I didn't notice until I was eating my food like 30 min after I ordered it and I noticed that it was missing the black forest ham, lol I just got the pepperoni and salami on it,

Let me talk about service on 26/aprI/2024 morning 7:30, I felt the service was really poor and arrogant, one of a team member! she was sooo rude with me maybe everyone, has the same issue with her,.....this is how you give customer service? Being rude with customer is the way how it works business? was my second time it happens with same women. She is so rude.

Really poor service on Feb 21, 2024 at 7:45 am.The sandwich artist girl was cutting something with scissors when I entered. I was the only customer and she did not like it because she had to leave her work, wash hands, wear gloves and attend me.She was rude. Lettuce was all red. She did not even wrap my sandwich properly. When I asked her, she told me she wrapped it properly and I don’t know what a wrapped sandwich looks like.Really poor service.

Pretty good and fast service when I come here. But what’s with the Card reader? Is this a money laundering place, it shows up as SHB Holdings LT_M whenever I use my card to pay

I just got turned away by the lazy employee at 3:45 saying she is closing. Says open until 4:00 not 3:45. Hopefully the manger see’s this and she gets fired. I had to go to work with no dinner.
