New menu changes show crispy onions are free yet they are charging 1$ for them and when you ask why your being charged for something that says free they just respond with head office this head office that, I wouldn't have gotten them if it showed they cost something.

The worst subway I have ever been to.
I was ordering with my sister.
My sister started, requesting a six inch sandwich, the lady putting the sandwich together put a foot long down and putting meat on it. My sister didn't want to waste the food so we just complied.
I proceeded to get a rotisserie style chicken bowl.
She did not ask me if I wanted cheese on my bowl. She had yet to get to the beans and salsa (which I thought were standard on every bowl as the menu stated such) and she asked me what sauce I wanted. I got the chipotle which she recommended, and then asked her if I was able to get beans or rice or something.
She proceeded to put mayo on the sandwich. Which I did not request or want.
When checking out at the till, my sister inquired to see if there were any cookies, as there were none in the case.
The lady helping us said that there were some, and we requested two white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. She said that was okay and then told us we could get drinks as well to make it a combo.
I paid, and her coworker proceeded to give their last white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie (turns out they only had one) to a customer two people behind us. We requested a refund on the cookie as I only like that specific cookie and the lady refused.

I ordered a foot long sandwich and I had to ask 5 times for more veggies. If I just let them to make it I would get about 2 tablespoons of veggies on my sandwich

I had a great experience at the Subway at 56 stt Tsawwassen The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made my sandwich exactly the way I like it. The veggies were fresh, the bread was warm and soft, and everything tasted delicious. The store was clean and had a calm atmosphere, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy my meal. Quick service and great value I’ll definitely be coming back.☺️
Very bad experience never order online from this store they didnot refund my money and i didnot receive order which i order on 5 April25 and from last 4-5 days playing circle game with me call doordash and doordash tries their best to assist and staff say i will talk with my boss never call me back and even general manager Amarjeet was not so co operative and helpful worst experience of my life zero start rating they deserve
I have no idea why this place has a high rating. Staff female didn't show any interest in preparing meal, didn't advice and overall felt like she was sleeping at work. Secondly, she didn't care that second screen was broken and didn't give a thing about fixing it, even when I mentioned customers can't order, only four types of sandwiches on display. On what she started smiling, the normal person would be embarrassed and address it. I don't understand who and why those people are even hired, as they constantly show complete incompetence and disregard for their responsibilities and business itself. Of course the sandwich she prepared felt like a mess of different stuffing, rather than a sandwich as a whole.
I won't be visiting this place and don't recommend it to anyone, who respects themselves. And as a rule it seems, there is a trend with all fast food chains everywhere. Horrible
Note. It seems a major part of these high reviews have been made by particular nationality. Peculiar and it seems to prove the rule.
Staff was too rude for me because I did not give them tip. Even I said thanks she turned back and went inside without saying anything. I was super disappointed. I never go again.
Rude behavior because of not tipping them. No response to my “thank you”. I didn’t say anything else for *this time only*. Next time, you will see the mirror of your behavior.
We didn't eat here. We decided to leave because it was just too cold inside to sit down and really enjoy a meal.
