Staff at this location are friendly but not necessarily helpful. I Visited for lunch as I routinely do and tried to use an app for a deal. The staff confirmed this location DID support this deal but I couldn't get the app to work, the staff admitted the app often doesn't work, the staff insisted that despite the app not working the deal can only be done online. I used to love Subway but I won't eat here til they fix thier app

I almost never leave bad reviews but I got double charged here, the lady refused to give me a refund or a store credit and instead built me a second identical sandwich which she then threw in the trash.

Very divey location with some sort of closet style convenience store built in, staff was very frugal on toppings and even more so with the peppercorn ranch, they put one small drizzle down the middle.
Go to the other location down the street I feel like I got robbed blind and I even tipped 10% Never again.
Very rude behavior to customers every time. This is no good sound. No cleans the area like tables are very dirty.

Hii ordered from here many times I never got disappointed but this time, the subway sandwich was stale and specifically the bread was so hard ā¦ā¦whoever made please donāt use stale bread and make it properlyā¦ I even add good review on uber because I was happier with you food quality but this time its really bad.

I canāt believe Iām writing a review for subway- but this place made me mad. I ordered the Suprimo and the ānot so niceā lady gave me 4 pepperoni and 4 small, thin capicola. I kindly asked to at least add 1 or 2 more pieces- she got mad and said they would charge me extra! Like $4 a piece extra. ?āāļø. I said donāt be cheap I just want what Iām paying for, but she said nothing. Then passed to veggies. I had to ask twice just add more lettuce. I asked for it toasted- it was not toasted and cold when I walked to my car. Cāmon, do better for $15+ sub. I read the rest of the reviews, and they are common for bad service and quality.
