I want to report a negative experience at your Subway location around 8:25 PM. My daughter went in to order, and the girl working there was very rude to her. When my daughter asked a simple question about the chicken, the employee responded with a bad attitude.
I don’t know how management handles situations like this, but I’m very disappointed. Because of this behavior, I no longer feel comfortable letting my kids go to that location. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed properly.

Absolutely the worst Subway location I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service or respect! I placed an order through the Subway app a few weeks back, and the store cancelled it because they didn’t have the item in stock. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund. I visited the store twice to try and resolve the issue. While the staff on-site did make some effort to help, they were unable to do anything. The real problem is the manager, who was incredibly rude to me over the phone while I was standing right there in the store trying to get an update. Zero accountability, no willingness to assist — just pure attitude.

Why is subway closing washrooms for customers This was not happening before It started since work permits staff or international students working, these are stuff here so don’t want customers to use washrooms It’s better not buy here if you guys don’t want customers to use washrooms And keep it clean for yourself

Portion size not ok. Bikram was literally counting small chicken pieces before putting on sandwich. Even his scoop was not full enough.

Whenever we place an order they never press accept button after 10 mins it automatically get cancels I have tried 5 times ordering here no y accepts order and then called store back to back 10 times not even single person answer the call. Why u r in business if you are not accepting any orders or providing any services. It has made me so disappointing nd unhappy. Please I recommend do not order from here as they do not need anyone business

I like their behave they are so friendly and always there to give you suggestions. I don’t know why people say that they don’t let you use the washroom . I was there and they let 2 people in for washroom. They are so good.

Not very good experience. Me and my friend come here often just because it’s close to our place but the staff is very rude, especially the employee named KAMAL. She asked us to wait so long just because she was making an online order. They should keep more people then. We waited for so long just for a sandwich and she was still very rude.
