I wish I could give zero. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on July 11 at 1:30 PM. I placed an online order and accidentally selected the wrong bread (Italian instead of my preferred one). I politely asked the staff member if she could change it. She refused, which I accepted, but her tone was very rude. (I hope I could take her name but unfortunately she was not wearing name tag)
I then asked if she could double toast the bread and the patty, and again she said no, without any courtesy. I stayed calm and respectful despite her attitude.
The most concerning part was that I had clearly selected “no lettuce” in my order because I have a lettuce allergy, but she still put it on my sandwich. When I pointed it out, she looked directly at me and said, “you guys keep changing it,” with no apology or empathy. I reminded her that the online order clearly said no lettuce — she still blamed me.
At that point, I requested a refund, and although she processed it, she did so with a rude and dismissive attitude. I’m shocked by this level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I will suggest people not to go at this location there are another couple locations nearby that provides best customer service 64 and Scott road and 74 and Scott road they are awesome.
Very disappointing experience. I went to this Subway location and ordered a veggie rice bowl. On the official Subway app, crispy onions are listed as free, but in-store they charged extra. I also asked for more veggies and was told there’s an extra charge—which again, is not mentioned in the app. When I showed the staff the app pricing, they said, “We don’t care about the app, it’s our store policy.”
On top of that, I ordered the same bowl combo through the app right in front of them it was $12 on the app, but they charged $17.21 in-store one. No explanation, just attitude.
This kind of inconsistency and dismissive behavior makes you lose trust in the brand. If Subway has an official app, all stores should respect the pricing shown there not make up their own rules. Won’t be returning to this location.
Sometime customers with kids needs extra napkins. I asked for 2 extra napkins, the way she reacted as if i asked for her property.

We order veggie footlong but there was no salt and pepper and not any sauce as well that was tasteless .if you don’t like your job quit it so that deserving person can get chance and value our time and money

Feedback is a must to be worthy of myself and other customers. The service attitude is not only bad, but also unprofessional. Very rude way of speaking, the food doesn't look fresh, she has her own way to serve vegetables, no consideration for the customer's feelings, Not recommended either and I will not come again for the second time.👎
As it is christmas time. There was rush in mall and a great noise.
