As it is christmas time. There was rush in mall and a great noise.
It was hard to hear the lady at the counter .
I asked politely to repeat . The way she said "VEGGIES" was damn rude.

Worst customer service!! The girt at the front was super rude and unprofessional. Went there on Oct 28 at 5:35 pm, and I do not know the name of the girl working over there, but she calls herself a manager who doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Someone better teach her how to talk to the customers.

Worst experience and worst customer service,,, On Monday September 16, 2024 around 5.30-6 clock in evening. A girl was talking my order, I got 4 subs and she said, “ you can’t add more sauces into your subs” 🤷🏻‍♀️ why??? If I am ready to pay then why are you stopping me????
She was really rude and she took the payment first and made my order later with less items added.

Ridiculous service and behaviour. I would give 0 star if there is an option.

When we started our order it was 3 pm we ordered and when she put the bread in the oven thingy she told us to pay even though the sub wasn't done so we started to pay we gave a coupon we scanned it but it didn't work so the girl taking our order brought another person to help I think the original lady taking our order was new so she brought another lady and then she said this coupon won't work because it was for the subway series and then she's like this is already cheap I think they were students and we didn't like that she was saying that it was already cheap and so then we said that you are a student you don't know how much the prises are going up then she just switched her attitude and said can you please pay we were like first finish the sub then when it was finished she said why did you say I was a student and I didn't know how much prices went up something like that then we said why are you saying that it's already cheap like 8 or 9 dollars isn't that cheap then she switched up again and said can you pay please and we paid and left and also the bread was so hard and they put way too much salt and pepper

The employee wouldn't even take my order. Too busy chatting with her customer friend. If you can't be bothered to treat customers equally than I just won't spend my money at your location. Customer service really sucks in Surrey. I mean it's Surrey so it's a given. Yes I l live out here so I know first hand how bad the businesses can be out here.

I don't usually write bad reviews and i go to alot of places, but this one deserves to not get any customers until they fix their attitude.

The woman was super rude, only put lettuce on half of my 12inch sub, rushed the entire transaction.
I wanted to use my points to pay so I scanned my app, she asked if I wanted to use my points I said yes and she charged full price anyway. She kept cutting my boyfriend off when he said he wanted a dozen cookies.
I was getting a drink and saw her run to the back to be on her phone.

I understand it was an hour to close but some customer service would be nice.

I ordered from Uber for delivery and got my food totally messed up would not be able to eat it as if was missing all sauces, toppings and the bread was wrong and food was cold.“Navdeep kaur” who picked my food, literally hanged on me while I was asking for her name and gave me attitude while talking told me to come to store, as she knew she might getting call from me. Why would I order from Uber if I can come in store. Totally unacceptable!!
