I understand that every small business owner has to save money where ever they can. If you are going to hire minimum pay employees, can you at least spend some time training them in basic courtesy and more importantly teach them the Food Safe basics. You are in the food industry. Handling cash, cash register, printed paper and then going right back to making sandwiches without washing hands or putting on gloves!!! Have we not learned anything over the last 4 years about infection prevention? Will never ever return to this establishment. Anyone reading this review, next time you are at any Subway, please spend a couple of minutes observiing the person making the sandwiches before you place an order to ensure they are being careful with hand hygiene. I have started thanking them if they are doing it the right way.

Last week, I went to go buy a quick early dinner for the family. I ordered all 3 subs for the 3 for 24.99 offer on the app. However, when I went to go pay the person at the counter didnt know how to use the app and refused to honour the deal. I agreed that I would just pay full price. Then he asked if I wanted a bag and charged me for it. I agreed...when my food came, he literally THREW the bag at me and made me pack my own food.Service is very embarrassing, Why would he not put the food in the bag for me if I pay for it.PS- They were out of MUSTARD!..what sandwhich place runs out of mustard...why not just go to the Freshco and buy some. Very poorly run.

never posted any bad review for any store before . but really felt like today . the bread was not fresh. maybe day old. service was so slow . waited there for atleast 10 min even though no one was infront of me and sandwich makers were free. the guy made sandwich so slow . just didnt liked it . need to change a lot of things.

Idk what is up with them and what kind of superiority they feel. Just poor customer service and back laughing at its peak.There is this associate named tanya. Please tell her to calm down. Her attitude and her 90’s gassy makeup aren’t working. That sardar guy is on another tangent. Like be atleast 6ft to have an attitude. Just poor customer service

I love the chicken noodle soup. It's so good, love the flavour, love the chicken bits. The crackers they give are yummy. But the problem is they don't make enough chicken noodle soup. Please make more batches of it. I WILL BE BACK SOON TO GET MORE SOUP!

Never had a welcoming shout once, for last 8 years of visiting this location but now the staff upgraded to next level of talking back if you have a constructive feedback. Staff needs serious retraining on customer service properly. Not visiting this location again. PS owner: check your cameras to see how welcoming your staff is.

Thursday at 9pm, still 2 hours of service remaining, and there are no customers in line. One employee is mopping the floors and the other is in the back.. so I had to wait a few mins for service, no biggy.I order two footlongs and when we get to assembly, I'm told they're out of tomatoes.No tomatoes in a sandwich shop?!?There's a grocery store 50ft away and another across the street!!If I had arrived in the middle of a rush and they JUST ran out of tomatoes I'd understand... but they were not busy and just decided the rest of their customers that evening would have to go without one of the main ingredients in their sandwiches, despite the pile of tomatoes available just across the parking lot.To add insult to injury, I was still charged full price for my incomplete sandwiches.Willfully terrible customer service.
