For the first part of my stay, I felt very comfortable. The staff were amazing, until I met the Manager for the first time. This happen when , my friend and I walked into the pub and ordered a drink up at the bar. I didn't know who was, but she made it quite clear to announce to everyone that I was in RM 5 and that she needed to have a word with me. Why would she call me out in a public social pub where there are 100 of men and women there and literally tell everyone I was in RM 5. Manager ethics.????.

Great affordable and simple food. The boneless chicken breasts are so good. I just wish they had actual fries on the menu, not just potato wedges. If I could get fresh cut fries with my burger or a basket of fries with gravy, I'd go there almost every day.

As mentioned in previous edited post, new "chef" is gone as disgruntled employees are not needed and the food will reflect their unhappiness. Original cooks of the place for years are still there and you can taste their love of cooking in every meal they prepare. Chicken is being talked about between people, on social media, and recommended on the local community pages. Don't take 1 review of past employee with fake profile to decide what you want- go check out the food yourself as it is highly recommended!!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers made from scratch in house.
Kid-friendliness: Children allowed with parents until 9 pm daily.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a enclosed patio with access from parking lot that can be sat in, or also can access the lower portion of the pub area.

Ordered food for pick up and it was great. Small salad was a meal in itself, the homemade burger was perfect, seasoned so that the meat was the main flavor, not some weird spice that has no business being in a burger. The teriyaki chicken wings were the first devoured by my guests and got everyone licking their fingers. Didn't win the meat draw supporting a local rescue while I waited, however, a great local charity to support. I had a glass of wine while waiting and loved the chill vibe.
It’s a small town historic dive bar / pub, and that’s the reason you’d go…$5.25 for a pint of local beer and the wings were fantastic. Would like to try their fried chicken next time. Thanks!

Heard a lot about this place since I moved to Ladner. Went there with a friend about a month ago. Nachos were very good. Chicken Wings were a bit soggy but taste good. The biggest disappointment was that they did not have any beer on tap. Hope they can bring it back very soon.

My second time here and both times food and service were incredible. Had the chicken with fries and gravy and second visit the Beef Dip with macaroni salad both were delicious

Was such a good first time back since opening open after Covid. My dad and I tried the steak and prawns special and weren’t disappointed. Such great portions and great taste. We also were happy to be there during the meat draw which was awesome!! We will be back soon :)
