Terrible experience with Surrey Pizza. Our entire order was wrong, and when we called to get it sorted, the staff refused to give us their name. That alone shows how unprofessional the service is.
What makes this even worse is that our friends also had their order messed up the same night. So clearly this isn’t just a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern.
We paid for specific items and got something completely different. Opening your food and realizing it’s not what you ordered honestly ruined our meal. And instead of taking responsibility, the person on the phone acted dismissive and wouldn’t identify themselves.
Unless Surrey Pizza improves accuracy and basic customer service, we won’t be ordering again.

Worked a late shift till midnight - was hungry & ordered for pick-up on my way home. Pizza was excellent. Tandoori special chicken just perfectly done. Ate 1/2 that night w a couple glasses of red wine and another couple slices the nxt days heated in a toaster oven on air-fry; w another couple glasses of wine. I really like the staff - they were friendly and treated me like a valued customer on ordering & pick-up. Didn't get any names this time but will nxt I order!
