Who doesn't love chili cheese burritos! Before today, I thought I had to drive to Coquitlam (from Vancouver) for this tragic delicacy. My surprise, only 25min from South Van. Service & atmosphere not as good as the food, but these days, that's more the norm. Yo quiero Taco Bell!

They don’t even know what a taco in a bag is. I ordered 4 soft tacos & they are flat as paper, tiny bit of meat, cheese, lettuce. No tomatoes or sour cream on them. Fountain drinks taste awful. Such a dirty place. Very hard to understand them. I wish I could give this 0 starts.

Ordered 2 crunch warps and a supreme fry Ended up with 2 tortias with barely any tomatoes and all lettuce with a tiny bit of meat.....and the fries supreme had a tsp of meat and 3 tomato peice with a whisper of sour cream......what a joke.....way to cheap out. never going back.

I had a really disappointing experience with my recent order from Taco Bell. The food tasted off — the taco was soggy, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and overall it felt like it had been sitting out for a while.
What upset me most was that I specifically requested a substitution from beef to chicken due to religious dietary restrictions, but I was still served beef. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s disrespectful and unacceptable. Food preferences tied to religion need to be taken seriously.
Very disappointed and I hope Taco Bell improves their attention to detail and quality control.

This Taco bell is the only one within driving distance, and even then it's 20 minutes each way without traffic. They've messed up my order countless times but I keep coming back because on rare occasion the stars align and the food/service is actually good.
This time around I ordered a deluxe box meal, the cinnamon twists had no cinnamon sugar on them, there was no cheesy gordita crunch, and the hard shell taco was so wet it was falling apart, it was like soup. This place must be kept afloat entirely by people like me who keep hoping for the best and then settling for the worst.
Been trying to call the store as the app choose the wrong location for me and no one answers. Poor customer service and very low accountability of the staff. Came to Coq store and they were unhelpful as well. Bad Experience.

Today Dec. 8 @4:30 pm we went to Taco Bell at 8737 120 St. Delta. While ordering an elderly man came and complained about his missing order of a 2 coleslaws. When it was time to get our order we checked and found that our order is also missing some items. The staff and the manager literally just received a complain but they don’t care. It’s not fair not to receive the food that you have paid for. Just a friendly reminder if you guys are buying at this Taco Bell branch check and double check your order before leaving the store. They don’t even deserve a star at all with how bad their customer service is. They need a reality check and work somewhere else where they don’t have to interact with people. This a promise Taco Bell Surrey never again 😤.

This place sucks, was in there my friend waited on his order for so long just to find out it was sitting on the counter the whole time. While we were in there 2 other people were returning food lol. One pretty girl was choked they gave her beef when she doesn’t eat beef cause of her religion. She was not happy either lol

If it was possible to give a restaurant one star, this one would take the win all the time The staff are rude and badly trained and not accommodating at all if you tell them, you’re missing an item in your order they’ll try gaslighting you and telling you that they put it into your order or respond in a rude/sassy way which makes the customer obviously feel uncomfortable. I’ve placed orders from this location. As it is The only one that delivers in my area and The food is either always soggy or some thing is missing. The other location is much better and much more accommodating. Highly recommend visiting A different location if you have to and please read the reviews because 99% of them are negative there is zero positive reviews and the owner /Manager really need to take a look at it
