Today Dec. 8 @4:30 pm we went to Taco Bell at 8737 120 St. Delta. While ordering an elderly man came and complained about his missing order of a 2 coleslaws. When it was time to get our order we checked and found that our order is also missing some items. The staff and the manager literally just received a complain but they don’t care. It’s not fair not to receive the food that you have paid for. Just a friendly reminder if you guys are buying at this Taco Bell branch check and double check your order before leaving the store. They don’t even deserve a star at all with how bad their customer service is. They need a reality check and work somewhere else where they don’t have to interact with people. This a promise Taco Bell Surrey never again 😤.

This place sucks, was in there my friend waited on his order for so long just to find out it was sitting on the counter the whole time. While we were in there 2 other people were returning food lol. One pretty girl was choked they gave her beef when she doesn’t eat beef cause of her religion. She was not happy either lol

If it was possible to give a restaurant one star, this one would take the win all the time The staff are rude and badly trained and not accommodating at all if you tell them, you’re missing an item in your order they’ll try gaslighting you and telling you that they put it into your order or respond in a rude/sassy way which makes the customer obviously feel uncomfortable. I’ve placed orders from this location. As it is The only one that delivers in my area and The food is either always soggy or some thing is missing. The other location is much better and much more accommodating. Highly recommend visiting A different location if you have to and please read the reviews because 99% of them are negative there is zero positive reviews and the owner /Manager really need to take a look at it

How can i give 0 stars to this restaurant. Soggy chicken, plain no taste and just oil. If you dont care about your health, go have the oil from their kitchen, i aint ever coming back. KFC has fallen. No KFC(OIL) for Life.

This Taco Bell is a joke and one of the worst taco bell I have ever seen in my life. The portion is very very less with poor quality.Too much pricy and not at all worth it. I urge everyone please don't go to this place as you will get fooled like me.

I love Taco Bell in California when I saw it on Scott Road in Delta I went in and spent $25 for 2 burritos, 2 tacos I’ve never felt so scammed yeah I’m gonna send it to corporate. I think this is the only restaurant or franchise that does this. I’ll upload a picture. I don’t know why the employees and owners would do this to people. They’re just gonna lose business.
I dnt know what to say.....the thing is I asked her if everything is in the bag and she’s said yeah everything thing is there , I drove 7 km to home to find out theirs only 40% food is there and she used her bare hands to fill my drink I saw she touched my cup from inside.this is today April 6 2020 in covid 19.how stupid is that they can’t even do their job properly and want me to go back and complain.im done with them sad to give up my favourite food though....the girl name amandeep she said I dnt pack I just take order but said everything is there how can she know everything is there then.yeah just ripoff customer and laugh bull shot costumer service....

If you like taco bell food don't eat here. Ordered 3 tacos and a burrito none of them made correctly or any where near the way any other taco bell makes them and slow service. Menu board only shows half of items they carry. No value menu. Cold food.

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and fries supreme. Presented the coupon when paying. The woman yells to the back HES GOT A COUPON! I thought maybe she needs help punching it in? no she punched it in immediately after yelling that… why did she need to yell it to the kitchen? I’m guessing they give you less ingredients when they know you have a coupon because this Crunchwrap ‘supreme’ was anything but supreme. It was thinner than a pancake. i couldn’t believe it i felt like i was scammed. Avoid this place!
