Always Late

Just noticed it was open again after being closed for renovations... honestly, with the exception of 4 self-serve kiosks & a relocated menu board, the place looked basically identical, for all intents and purposes...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered at the kiosk at 8:58 PM—a whopping 3 items, nothing complicated. Somehow, it took these people 25+ minutes to put it together, and only because I kept following up. Let’s be real, they weren’t short-staffed—I saw plenty of employees just wandering around like headless chickens. The place wasn’t even busy.

When I asked about my order, one staff member couldn’t give me a time, couldn’t give me an update, and couldn’t even muster the basic decency of an apology. The energy was very much, “we don’t care, deal with it.” Imagine waiting longer for tacos at Taco Bell than for a steak at a fine dining restaurant. At least fine dining gives you bread, water, and an apology while you wait. Here? Nothing but attitude and delay.

This location clearly thinks customer service is optional and efficiency is a myth. If you’re hungry and value your time, do yourself a favour—go literally anywhere else.

I went to Taco bell and on the door they oit paper of schedule that they are open till 1:00AM but most of the days they close at 12:00-12:30. If the schedule is change, please remove that paper and put new one. Also whenever I went there, no employee was there. I have to stand for 10-15 minutes then someone came otherwise I waited for long. Please take your responsibility clearly because customer needs good service then they can provide good reviews. Otherwise people will go to another restaurants. Thank you.

Horrible service, ordered online and still had to wait 20 mins when I came into the store to pickup my food. It's like they didn't been bother making the food until I showed up and asked about it. Nobody near the counter either, when asked the staff gave attitude the order was big. I don't understand the point of estimated pickup for online order if they can't even be bothered to make the food.

I just had the WORST ever tacos imaginable. The drive thru lady was incredibly stagnant while taking our order. Later, on getting the tacos, they were broken and missing sauces which are usually in those tacos. The tacos were floppy and unimpressive, and the overall quality of my trip was abhorrent.

I'm quite patient when it's dinner rush, but the wait here was intolerable. I placed my order at 5:12pm and I didn't get my food until 5:43, despite being reassured by staff several times that it'd be ready in two minutes. Only people in the drive-thru line were served with any sense of urgency.

Worst experience. The physical display ordering machines didn't have all the menu items. The app couldn't get a signal inside the store. The counter person over charged me, then argued that it was tax. C'mon i can read a bill. Nice try.
The order was wrong and so was almost everyone else's in the store. I waited over 20mins for fast food. The lady infront of me waited over 30mins. The staff were only concerned with the drive thru and people of the same ethnic background. The rest of us were ignored.
The manager (older male) was pleasant and tried to help but the other (young female) manager was running the show and clearly is just as lazy as her staff.
If I was a taco bell executive I would revoke this franchise and sue them all for destroying their reputation.
I will never go there again and I hope nobody else does either.

Who doesn't love chili cheese burritos! Before today, I thought I had to drive to Coquitlam (from Vancouver) for this tragic delicacy. My surprise, only 25min from South Van. Service & atmosphere not as good as the food, but these days, that's more the norm. Yo quiero Taco Bell!

They don’t even know what a taco in a bag is. I ordered 4 soft tacos & they are flat as paper, tiny bit of meat, cheese, lettuce. No tomatoes or sour cream on them. Fountain drinks taste awful. Such a dirty place. Very hard to understand them. I wish I could give this 0 starts.

Ordered 2 crunch warps and a supreme fry
Ended up with 2 tortias with barely any tomatoes and all lettuce with a tiny bit of meat.....and the fries supreme had a tsp of meat and 3 tomato peice with a whisper of sour cream......what a joke.....way to cheap out.

I had a really disappointing experience with my recent order from Taco Bell. The food tasted off — the taco was soggy, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and overall it felt like it had been sitting out for a while.

What upset me most was that I specifically requested a substitution from beef to chicken due to religious dietary restrictions, but I was still served beef. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s disrespectful and unacceptable. Food preferences tied to religion need to be taken seriously.

Very disappointed and I hope Taco Bell improves their attention to detail and quality control.

I saw so many complaints about this location, but ordered a whole combo and took like no longer than 3 minutes to get through and get my food. Super fresh aswell
