This was my first and last time ordering from Taco Bell, especially at this location (Nordel Way, Surrey). We were a group of seven people, including two kids. We ordered at approximately, 8:50 pm and patiently waited for 5 mins initially and then asked employee the status of our order and employee told that it will take 10 to 15 mins for our order. When we followed up at 9:15 pm, we were told it would take another 10 minutes.
Apart from long wait, the restaurant was not clean. There was spillage but no one was even worried about cleaning, which made the experience even worse. When we asked the staff member for her name to report the issue, she refused and said they are “not allowed to give names,” which I’m not sure is actual company policy.
Overall, there was a clear lack of customer service, cleanliness, and proper training. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering we were dining inside with children.

I’m a uber driver door is open so I’m going inside for pick up for food inside the restaurant
lady staff say me we are close so you can go to drive through but some customer inside still waiting for food but they said me go to drive through not good service

You really need to shut down this location.
The food quality is terrible, and the portions are unbelievably small I got barely a quarter of a bowl. This is unacceptable for the price. The management clearly doesn’t care about customers or standards. The manager and the cook should be absolutely ashamed. Definitely won’t be coming back

i went through drive through and i asked for the fiesta potatos the guy said “ do you see any fiesta potatos on the menu” bro could have said we domt have them anymore and it doesnt stop at that my food wasnt properly cooked the nacho fries were cold and the quesadillas had raw chicken i wont be coming back to this location

This is the worst fast food establishment I have ever visited. If I could give zero stars I would the service here is absolutely horrendous. I will never be revisiting this place again I asked for nacho fries, and when I open my bag, I came to see it had barely any seasoning on top of them. It was barley seasoned. They were just regular fries labelled as a nacho fries, and the hot sauce packets I had asked for never were in the bag.

I have never been to a Taco Bell as bad as this place how they can’t even make the orders right I asked for nacho fries and they gave me regular fries. When I ask, is it not your price she the lady just looked at me and started laughing. How dare she do that? I’ve literally did. I say anything bad no I didn’t. All I asked was is it nacho fries and she just walked away and didn’t say anything. I just tried to call them, but they wouldn’t answer the phone which what type of restaurant doesn’t answer their phone I will never come here again..

Horrible service, no longer taking orders at counter makes you use a self serve machine and proceeds to ignore you for half hour.
i had ordered one cool ranch taco and one burrito and someone took my order which i paid for but the employees were so sweet to me and gave me free nacho fries and apologized for where they went wrong but i felt so cared for and they were the nicest about what happened

I ordered online on uber the combo meal Crunchwrap supreme, I paid extra to put chicken instead of beef still they gave me beef in both the combos even though I don’t eat beef at all, I had to trash all the food where it belongs and hope they take care of this because i think it’s a very serious mistake. Won’t order again from this place cause I don’t wanna eat something which is harmful for me and my religion

Dear Taco Bell Team,
I wanted to share some honest feedback following my recent visit. I ordered four tacos and a drink, and the total came to $18. To put that in perspective, I could have gone to an authentic taco shop and paid about the same for freshly made tacos with real ground steak, fresh pico, and a side with a drink. Even Chipotle offers better value for both quality and portion size.
Unfortunately, the tacos I received had stale shells, over-processed meat, and barely any cheese — hardly worth the price. I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. I truly hope Taco Bell reconsiders both quality and pricing because right now, it feels like a rip-off.

Had the worst experience waited 40 minutes for our food got late for where we needed to be and the food was cold. No one would even come to the front had to call for someone for them to come help. Then they gave us a free drink like that makes it better. No apology even after they admitted they bumped the order by mistake.

The tacos had a line of beef in them thinner than a pencil—it was mostly just shell and lettuce. I also ordered packets of hot sauce—no hot sauceses but about a dozen ketchups. And you wonder why these people make minimum wage🤦♂️

Your manager Hussein is by far the most incompetent and rudest person I've ever dealt with. He had so many problems entering our order into the system, took agest to order a few tacos and still managed to get it wrong. When we advised them of the mistake, he blamed is saying we ordered something else. We had ordered 5 cantina chicken tacos and they gave us regular chicken tacos, then to correct it they just added cheese. When I brought them back a second time, he again blamed us saying we ordered a gordita even though we never mentioned that OR got that that on either attempt. When I ask for a card or his name is was very rude and dismissive, bluntly telling a employee to refund is.

Just noticed it was open again after being closed for renovations... honestly, with the exception of 4 self-serve kiosks & a relocated menu board, the place looked basically identical, for all intents and purposes...
