Extremely poor service. 20-25 mins waiting time for delivery drivers and giving food to the dine in customers within couple of minutes. Complete delivery time is 20 mins and this store itself takes 20 mins to prepare the food. What could someone earn!!! No other restaurant do this. Highly unsatisfied with the service. All the delivery drivers were kept waiting and dine in customers were getting there food immediately.

The slowest drive through ever!! My order was for bean tacos, drive through waited over 30 minutes, come home and see my taco is beef!!! This place's employees and managers should be ashamed of themselves. If there is a manager with some standards I'd like to speak with them! Would never recommend this place to anyone.Vegetarian options: SERVED ME MEAT INSTEAD OF BEAN!!! IM DISGUSTED AT EVERYONE YHERE

The food is as expected from fast food but the staff are horrific! It's not a staffing problem I was just me there. I was standing at the front for about 5 mins before someone took my order. Lady that took my order took it by saying "hi, go" and then every time I opened my mouth she interrupted me of course leading to her emerging my order wrong.
Health inspectors should really go into this place. It’s dirty and unsanitary. I couldn’t believe what I saw. I was scared to catch something from their bathroom. Also how dirty the kitchen area was. Garbage left everywhere. Staff looked extremely stressed out. Do not eat here.. unless you have a strong immune system. I should’ve taken more pictures. But you get my point.

You would have to look a long ways to find a more disgusting and poorly run restaurant than this one. Absolutely disgusting conditions inside, staff who seem completely inept and the food was utterly gross. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food. The meat in the tacos tasted nothing like meat. This location should be shut down permanently. I wish I could give 0 stars because 1 is far too many!

I didn't like my tacos. My partner loved his burrito. Best in years he said. I felt sorry for the girl working there. She was very nice and was good at her job. But the men she worked with and even more so the male customers were really rude. Mostly stressed out food delivery guys who butted into other people's ordering to demand their stuff. A run down depressing place. No one's fault. Just the way it is.Vegetarian options: I was able to get corn tortillas that were gluten free and my partner got a vegan burrito. He did really love his food.Dietary restrictions: I was able to eat gluten free. The food for me was okay, just rather bland and dull. Sort of like an Amy's burrito. Not particularly recommended.

I don't think they are rude, I think they are short staffed for how busy this location is. I have been here 3 times now and it's consistently busy, mostly with online ordering.Every time I have gone in, it's disgusting. The counter is dirty with grease and garbage. The floors are covered in pop and garbage. Do not order a fountain pop here! I doubt they ever clean the nozzles, the machine itself is filthy, the drip tray has slime and mould in it! Some how in June they passed inspection with a "low risk", so either they deep clean prior to inspection or maybe they are buddies with the inspector.The food I can confirm is subpar. It's actually quite expensive for what you get, there's barely any ingredients inside and it's slapped together. They also don't mark which burrito is bean and which one is meat, you have to actually unwrap the burrito to check yourself and even then it's kinda iffy telling.
