The food here is great. The flavours are amazing. Had Pad Thai and the noodles were a bit overcooked...not a big deal. The one thing I want to say is PLEASE help that poor girl out who is the only person working on a Friday night-she is answering the phone taking orders, packing the orders, taking payments (where she needs to hand write everything and add it on a calculator) AND has to wait the tables! This is FAR too much for one person to manage. I understand that it may be challenging to find someone to work only a couple of times a week but I think it can be done. As a customer, I don't think I would want to go to the restaurant and have to wait to be served because the waitress is too busy doing everything else.

They’re juggling seated diners and takeout orders, which takes time, but the end result is more than worth it. People in Vancouver will happily wait for hours at “hot spot” brunch spots that don’t even come close to this level of quality. So, if you’re in the mood for a truly satisfying meal, embrace the wait — it's definitely worth it!

Service is extremely slow. My order took an additional 30 minutes to what was initially promised. Better to tell your customers of the actual wait time than to waste their time. Will not be returning.
We ordered pick up for the first time today. The food is delicious, but the wait is enormous! We waited 1,5 hours for our order. It is too long. I could have made it by myself faster. The service is not existent: there are two teenage girls on the front end who is arguing with customers trying to explain why the wait is so long, aka we have a lot of problems and it is your fault. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and I would not give this business a chance, unfortunately.

I order from Thai-Isan rarely because I know the service is slow, but recently it has become inexcusable. Everytime I place a pickup order, the wait time is quoted at 45mins-1hour, but the food is never ready at that time. It will take at least 1hr and 30 mins, if not longer for the food to be ready. There either needs to be dramatic changes to the kitchen to improve the prep time or the service staff needs to be honest about the wait times. The food is good, but I avoid ordering from here because I now know the service is excruciatingly slow.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu to choose from.
