We ordered pick up for the first time today. The food is delicious, but the wait is enormous! We waited 1,5 hours for our order. It is too long. I could have made it by myself faster. The service is not existent: there are two teenage girls on the front end who is arguing with customers trying to explain why the wait is so long, aka we have a lot of problems and it is your fault. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and I would not give this business a chance, unfortunately.

I order from Thai-Isan rarely because I know the service is slow, but recently it has become inexcusable. Everytime I place a pickup order, the wait time is quoted at 45mins-1hour, but the food is never ready at that time. It will take at least 1hr and 30 mins, if not longer for the food to be ready. There either needs to be dramatic changes to the kitchen to improve the prep time or the service staff needs to be honest about the wait times. The food is good, but I avoid ordering from here because I now know the service is excruciatingly slow.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu to choose from.

Called in to place an order without veggies and was told I would be charged an extra $5. I was a little on the fence when I read the other bad reviews but it makes sense now. Was blown away with how rude the owner/chef was. Not the service we’re used to in this city. Very disappointed

Worst experience at this restaurant. One server who had to answer phones, take table orders and deal with take out. My husbands dinner came out and we waited. I told him to eat because mine must be coming. The server did not have time to even check on us. After he was done eating, and he took his time, my food was still not even started. And they served at least 6 take out orders in that time. So I got up to leave and they said that my dinner was almost ready. An HOUR after we sat down and ordered. NOPE. Hubby paid for his meal and our drinks. Even though I said we shouldn’t have to pay. Then she asked ‘so you don’t want your dish?’ No. Bad service ALL around. Do not recommend!

The food is delicious, that’s why we keep suffering through the service. Every few months we order take out from Thai Isaan (eating in is definitely not an option) and are reminded of why we never order from them. Called in an order at 5:29pm. 2 noodle dishes and spring rolls, nothing crazy. We were told to pick up in an hour. It’s now 7:10pm and I’m still sitting here. The 2 ladies working the counter have done nothing but apologize profusely to the 6 of us waiting at tables for our to-go food. Some of us have been here so long people are ordering beers. It’s wild how bad the service is, I haven’t a clue how this place makes any money. Please give yourself time if you’re planning a meal.

We just happened to stop here for a quick lunch and were warmly welcomed by the charming owner.
When taking our order, she warned us the food is already spicy, so perhaps choose a medium and she'd add extra spices on the side - she was right! And it was a great suggestion!
We tried the BBQ Pork Shewers and the Beef Pad Thai and both were delicious!
The Pork skewers were a generous portion, grilled perfectly and were slathered with delicious herbs! SO tasty!
The PAD Thai was very tasty, fresh and spicy and a large enough portion to share!
There is plenty of parking available, and if you are a plant lover, you're in for some eye candy here!
I was highly amused at the way the owner reserves her tables - she places plants all along the table!😁
This restaurant has charmed us and we'll be back again!
