A big group of us decided to try The Buffet at the Cascades after a day out from the carnival and we were pleasantly surprised. The food set out was great, kids were ecstatic with all of the dessert choices, but most impressively, we had freshly made pasta from Ronaldo and excellent service from Joanne. Thank you.

The food varieties are less, compared with that time it just has its grand opening.Needs more staff, definitely. It is HR and management problem. When the cashiers are cleaning the tables, and wipes the buffet area, you can expect the services. They did what they could, just the HR and Management.

Been to a lot of bad buffets; however, the food at this one was absolutely the worst ever.

Beware of their so called "roast" saturdays that is advertised with a beef roast, it's actually a PORK roast.

It’s 6:30 pm on Sunday night, only 1 server on duty, 1/10 capacity.Foods taste awful and look solid ugly, either bland or salty.Very limited on food selection, instead of roast beef and ham, they put mini pork buns on the cutting table.Worst buffet.Don’t waste your money here!

We had a large group come eat and gamble afterwards. Quite disappointed. (Restaurant was at half capacity)- food was either bland or EXTRA salty- choices of food is very limited compared to other buffets- shortages of plates and utensils! (Some people stood waiting 15 minutes for a plate)- took a while for servers to come retrieve our old platesI should not expect much considering the price but this was not acceptable. It almost felt like the buffet was working itself out of business. I hope the buffet prove me wrong.

This might be one of the worst buffet I have ever had. And the desserts was not any better. Not many varieties and the service was horrible. No one was taking my plates away and they also ran out of Coke Zero and Diet Coke.

We had the 2-1 dinner buffet. We were eating our dinner and when I went to grab some drinks, I had lemonade, my husband started drinking when we noticed greasy inside the glass. My husband was about to throw up. Poor sanitation with their utensils as well. My husband complaint to the staff about it and didn't say anything. I hope they will stop using red glass or darker glasses for drinks so that people will be aware and can see if their utensils will be dirty or not

The buffet dinner on Sunday is Indian style, with a lot of MSG, and the soup is also very salty, so I don’t recommend eating it!

Overall terrible food. Awful selection. Dirty floors and messes everywhere. Low quality and not stocked appropriately. It was truly bad and I regret not walking out and asking for my money back.

It's a bit pricey but it was decent, be prepared to wait though as seating is limited. Another option is to book a reservation, I am not sure if that option is available 7 days a week or when their hours so please check before heading out. We waited about 45 minutes and your seating is 1 1/2 hours long. If you are an encore member you save on your meal, the buffet on the weekend is $30 without the card. It was very busy and they try to keep up with cleaning, keeping the buffet stocked but it is challenging so be patient. So sorry but as crowded as it was I didn't want to infringe on other diners evening so no picturesVegetarian options: Although they offer fresh vegetables and salad buffets aren't really a place for vegetarians but you can find enough to graze on in my opinion.Wheelchair accessibility: The layout may prove challenging but I imagine people would be polite enough to move to allow wheelchairs to pass.

I've eaten at the Buffet twice so far.First time was for Friday Night Mexican buffet. I would not recommend it at the more expensive $29.99 (similar to the prime rib. other nights are $26.99). For the cost the value is not worth it with stale chips and just different combinations of the same things. However the breakfast is pretty good and probably a much better value than the brunch buffet. For $13.50 (or 9.95 with encore) you can get decently sized plate of food. Between the two of us we ordered 3 plates only costing $30 vs 21.99 pp. We got two regular breakfasts and then waffles. Freshly made

Food was hammered, server just smiled when I flicked dark brown crusty bits off my sandwich, he had no desire to replace it. It was like he pretended not to hear me. Other than complain about his other tables. We waited a Very long time for service and refills. I hate when this happens ?.
