Great food that deserves a 5 Star rating. They are ALWAYS late though 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’ve never dined in. Only take out and delivery

I catered for my Christmas party for 25+ guests. The taste and quality of meat and Veg dishes were beyond my expectations. Very generous portions as well. Will definitely order again. Dan Monteiro

I ordered Amritsari kulcha and what an amazing choice to order. They made it absolutely delicious, the filling of kulcha has potato and onion only not paneer and comes with nice plain yogurt and tasty chickpeas. I ordered a green chilli with it and some tea which was amazing as well

Recently ordered Take out from Spice root for a party of 15 people. The food was great, especially the vege pakoras and shahi paneer. I was pleasantly surprised to get complimentary rice with every two orders of curry. Will definitely be ordering again.

This is probably my favourite take-out place ever. My husband and I love the food here, the portions are good for the price and it always tastes AMAZING. They have a really wide range of dishes on their menu, lots of vegetarian options and mild/medium/hot options on most dishes. If you're hungry and you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking them out!

I always come here after birding down at the bird sanctuary nearby and really any time I find myself down up in Delta. Great price and amazing flavor. Their lunch/dinner deals are great.

I’ve eaten here many times — both takeout and dine-in — and out of the six times I’ve been, it’s really only been great once. After that one amazing visit, the food has usually been overly salty and not very fresh.

It’s a bit disappointing since I wanted this to be a regular spot, but the quality has been pretty inconsistent. That said, if you’re craving Indian food and don’t want to overthink it, it’s not a bad option — just know it can be hit or miss.
