Very bad experience
Very bad food !!! Cold, not fresh, watery and tastes like it was cooked by a non certified chef!

We went to this restaurant for the first time and regretted big time. Not going back to this place every again.

If thats how you’re supposed to cook beef Nehari 🤮 then you’re not a chef !!! We returned the nehari after 1 bite !
If someone is paying over $80 for the food at least 1 dish should be tasty ????

This place is not clean smelled extremely bad when we entered and i asked the server why this place is so smelly “she replied oh we just mopped the floor. Means they used dirty mop as well ! How they will cook clean if they won’t follow the BC restaurant hygiene rules guidelines

We visited with our friends, we had a reservation for 8. At first the restaurant seems noisy and crowded, however after a while it was quiet.
We ordered beef behari, chicken malai boti, which was extremely flavourful. The mutton biriyani was also good. My kid loves those fries. Sweet lassi seems refreshing. However, one of my friend’s brhari roll was not good, too much onions.
I will go again and again for beef behari .

It is truly a hidden gem! We went about three months ago and loved it, and when we returned today, the experience was just as amazing. The food here is unbelievably tasty for such a cheap price absolutely worth every dollar.

This place proves that you don’t need to spend a lot for food that is classy, yum, and satisfying. It is definitely on our repeat list highly recommended!

I went about 2 weeks ago with my husband, they didn't have dine in space available so we took out. The food tasted normal so it isn't something that I would go back for.. we got the platter which had a drink included but didn't receive the drink.
The portion is fairly smaller than what other restaurants offer.

Takes forever to get food, behari kabab total waste, we left it. Malai boti and seekh beef kabab were much better. Nihari was okay.
Overall not a diner place.

I ordered Nihari with roti and was extremely disappointed. The Nihari was served cold, and to my surprise, the roti was clearly frozen—cut into pieces and reheated. It’s shocking that a restaurant would serve frozen roti instead of fresh. If you plan to visit, make sure you ask for fresh roti or naan, because if you end up with the cut, uniform frozen pieces like I did, be prepared for both disappointment and possibly an upset stomach.

I recently tried the Sunday Halwa Puri buffet and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to authenticity. The halwa was rich and perfectly sweet, the puris were light and crisp, and the curries had just the right balance of spices. The ambience added to the overall experience clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a great spot for families and friends to gather. The service was also excellent, with staff being attentive, polite, and quick to serve. Overall, it was a wonderful Sunday breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional yet well presented meal.

Good clean place to eat peacefully especially if you’re travelling. It wasn’t that busy luckily so we had a good conversation with the staff who was very polite and helpful. We loved the atmosphere n service however food didn’t impress us that much. May be we have different taste preferences. However it did give a feel of home cooked food which is a positive thing. The air conditioners were leaking water on your heads as soon as you entered. It was shocking & cld have put us off if the staff wasn’t courteous and respectful. She was very sweet.

I tried many halwa puri spots in surrey but this resturant offers the best taste of original karachi halwa puri and all items were awesome. Moreover the price was superb. Most resturants charge very high and add nihari and so many stuff in breakfast buffet that makes the experience worse. halwa puri buffet should be separate and with the reasonable price.
They also serve best karachi style BBq with exceptional and best bihari kabab in whole surrey. Highly highly recommend their bbq.

I’ve given BBQ Village three chances now, and each time has been a disappointment. The only reason I kept going back is because the food itself tastes good but honestly, it’s not worth it. Every single visit, my order has taken at least 40 minutes to come out. The staff is rude, inattentive, and argumentative instead of resolving issues, they make things more complicated and prefer to argue with customers. On top of that, the menu is misleading. For example, the Bihari Roll is listed at $12.99 and clearly states at the top that it “comes with a drink,” which gives the impression that a drink is included. However, they still charge you separately for the drink. When I asked about it, they refused to acknowledge the confusion or adjust anything. Overall, this place lacks basic customer service, wastes your time, and doesn’t respect customers. The food alone cannot make up for such consistently bad experiences. Do yourself a favor and cook at home instead i do not recommend this restaurant.

Menu Favorites: The most authentic Beef Bihari Kabab, Chicken Tikka, and Beef Nihari you'll find in town. Our only complaint is we never leave anything on our plates to take home. The roll parathas are also pretty decent.
Staff: Wait times can get challenging during peak hours, make reservations/order ahead or go off-peak and you're in for an absolute treat.
Ambiance: Modern rural setting with seating good for groups of 4-6, your focus will be on the food anyways.
