I ordered a flatbread pizza from this Tim Hortons location by tim horton app, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived to pickup my order, the staff informed us that their MerryChef oven was not working, and they would instead prepare the pizza in the microwave, which raised concerns about the quality and taste of the food.
we asked for a refund, but the staff said we could only get it if we came in the morning. I am not able to visit multiple times just to get a refund.
We requested a refund or a replacement, but the staff said they couldn’t do anything and that they didn’t have any items available in the store. This is especially frustrating because the store is advertised as open 24 hours, yet they didn’t have anything to eat when we needed it.
The item was still listed on the app as available, which is misleading to customers. We also tried calling the store 2–3 times, but no one answered.
This experience caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Tim Hortons needs to ensure items listed on the app are actually available, provide better communication and service, and make refunds or replacements easier for customers who face these issues, especially at a store that claims to be open 24 hours.
