I went there last week Friday during the night hours to order for a double double coffee I must say the black lady Rebecca she’s so welcoming and so polite she does the job real well and I got very satisfied with the service provided . Good job to this branch for having to train very nice staffs.

I am very frustrated with the kind of service I just got from an Indian (punjabi) girl who work night shifts. She is very rude and had a worst attitude. Everytime I come to this tim hortons during night, she spoil my mood. Tim hortons seriously need to address this kind of behaviour.
