I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. The service was quick, the place was clean, and my order was made perfectly. I especially want to appreciate Lovepreet for the excellent customer service. He was very polite, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. His positive attitude really made my day better. Today, I visited Tim Hortons as I usually do and ordered a coffee. I asked the staff member for a sleeve for the coffee cup. The employee, whose name I believe is Raman, responded in a very rude manner and provided extremely poor customer service.
This is not the first time I have had an issue with this employee. In June, I ordered a small coffee and another small drink, but she gave me both in large sizes. When I refused to accept them and explained that I had ordered small sizes, she argued with me and insisted that I had ordered large.
I then asked to speak with the manager. A female manager came out but did not acknowledge the mistake. When I asked for the employee’s name, I was told it was Kiran, which I believe is incorrect. I recognize this employee as someone who also works at Tsawwassen Walmart, and her name is Raman.
After this, the employee came outside, used abusive language toward me, and removed her name tag. There is couple Boys working forget their but their service is excellent compared to these ladies.
I am very disappointed with the repeated poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

I ordered a bacon pizza. But as you can see in the picture, the edges are burnt a lot. Even a few pieces of bacon were burnt and hard. I hope the staff will pay attention to the quality of the food.
