We drive to Tsawwassen now because you guys suck so bad. It's dirty inside and. Out. Your always out of products and we can't even understand what you are saying on the speaker. Also you took away maple dip donuts. The number one seller in Canada. Please sell it and let real restaurant owners fix it. Your a discrace to a national treasure. You treat it like you treat your own country of origin which we all no is dirty and disgusting. Be Canadian and be proud. Maybe then you will get respect and better reviews. The Ladner and Tsawwassen loop all have terrible things to say about your store. Corporate should take it away from you. You disgust our community

Terrible service. The employees speak in Punjabi loudly all the time. I am Punjabi and I understand everything. They speak about customers, making fun of them. Such terrible service. I live in Ladner and this is the only Tim Hortons near by and the worst I’ve ever been too. Whenever you order they don’t greet you or even say hi just a minute or anything. After you order they tell you to wait. I’m pretty sure the service at a fast food restaurant has to be quick. I’ve worked fast food myself in high school. If you don’t comply with waiting they park you for the smallest thing. No point complaining either. I’ve sent in my recipe to their guest services and nothing.

so I was there I had ordered and they gave me my coffee instantly, and I had also ordered honey crueller, and they didn’t even give it to me. They were just talking to each other. The girls their name was Gurleen and Pawan, they should be trained properly, if not, they should be fired.
