The only Tim Hortons location that I've been to where the cashier didn't even ask if I want to scan my loyalty card. I thought that I'd still get it after I scanned my digital gift card, but I think I'm missing out on my points.Sorry, probably won't be coming back to this location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a delivery driver working in Ladner areafrom the last 4 years having worst experience with the employee name AMAN who treats very bad. She doesn't know how to talk to delivery drivers. It's a request to TIM HORTONS to hire good employees who treat well to their customers.

Worst service I’ve received at a Tim Hortons ever. The guy taking our order in the drive through was not listening to us, hard to hear and understand, giggling to his coworker in the background, and wasn’t able to take our order properly. Disappointing. Won’t visit this location ever again.

Worst communication I've experienced at a drive thru in my life. I've had my orders messed up on multiple occasions.Once ordered a grilled cheese melt and it came with some type of sticky syrup all over the outside of the wrapper.Ordered OAT milk and no sweetener in my coffee, came with regular milk and loads of sweetener.Ordered coffee 2 cream, came black.Staff in general is incompetent and reflects on the management.Will I continue to visit this location because it's conveniently on the way home? Yes.Hoping some changes are made based on the multitude of negative reviews.

Would give this 0 stars if I could absolutely terrible service don’t bother even making a stop here. Once was charged for 4 wraps when I ordered 1 coffee and they couldn’t refund my card for some reason so I had to get a gift card and multiple times when I go there it takes 10 minutes to order a coffee.

Friendly efficient service, tiny restaurant with drive thru. Nice for Ladner to have a Tim Hortons.
Go there for breakfast or lunch 6 days a week, there has been a few times that coffee did not taste good. I asked them if they can make some fresh ones. They replied that the coffee was fresh with a terrible attitude. The worst part was that they giggled behind my back in there own language (Indian) but kept saying "fresh coffee, fresh coffee" loudly. Shouldn't they offer fresh coffee to customers in the first place? I guess "Always Fresh " is just a slogan for Tim Hortons anyway.

Asked to pull to the side when no one was in line behind me.food was cold and thrown together as they were worried about the person that was just ordering.No respect for the customer.They are timed for a reason on the orderstrying to hid how bad it truly is to prep orders between cars is mind boggling.
