Zero custome service. Staff working seems to have zero respect for there customers.
Sorry to say but one of my worst Tim Experience.
Kitchen staff was comparatively polite but front staff was not.

Hello tim hortons manager I went there with my family on 4 Dec 2024 and I ordered 2 small French vanilla and one peach quencher and I want to say that I waited for 15 minutes almost to get order and there was no lineup still they can’t able to make my drinks and French was almost cold and when I asked for tray that girl put that try on counter top and she didn’t want to help for that. It was very bad experience and in future I don’t want to go there. 3 girls were taking order for just one person and they were too slow to make such simple drinks. I will not recommend this tim hortons to any of my friends and family members.

One of the worst tim hortons ever, the staff is always in a hurry and messes up your order
I asked for a nutella cookie and gave me a donut, didnt even say if they were out of it or something and this was not by mistake as the person at the window clearky mentioned to his colleague that he ordered a nutella cookie
Also they always seems so impatient while taking the order on drive thru and end up messing it up 95% of the time
Would give 0 stars for sevice

Holy smokes! Literally. How this place is permitted to stay open with the quality of the air is puzzling. I'm in all seriousness having trouble drawing a full breath after being in there for 5 minutes. I can't image what damage this is doing to the health of the folks working behind the counter where it's coming from.

I placed an order online for a food item on the Tim’s app. The app accepted my order but when attended the store to pick up I was told that they stopped serving food this is at 7:40 pm and the store hours are till 9 pm. The amount charged couldn’t be revised to my card without me being present. My friend went to pick up the order. I didn’t want a gift card from Tim’s but had no choice but to get it. Very disappointed with the service. If something is not being serviced it should be transparent to the customer paying for the service online. Not very happy with my experience.

Employees dont know how to talk with customers, specially tall punjabi boy , I complain about my coffee its a medium one but in quantity it is less then small , they should respect for customer complaints but they smile and behaving wrong , should change staff or tell them how to behave with others
