Worst experience ever. Stay away from this place. Please pay attention on this location specially in delta. The store manager is a racist. She never apologized. Even the food quality is so bad. If I have chance to give 0 star I’ll definitely go for it.

I’ve purchased French vanilla with half coffee from here a few times, and have given many chances. Their coffee is always burned and the French vanilla always tastes watered down. It’s so disappointing to spend money and not have a satisfying cup of coffee.

Very bad service, I booked a Too Good to Go box at the store and confirmed by phone. However, upon collection, they offered a box with very few items, worth substantially less than the $16 advertised in the app. When I questioned the value, estimating it at $5, they stated that was all the leftover stock available.
Noticed that it had been renovated recently. Food is good. Upon renovation, the kitchen looks spacious and more open, the decoration is good, but the customer area including waiting area and sitting area is smaller than before. There r only 2 4-ppl tables and 1 2-ppl table and they are so close to each other which is not spacious…Disappointed. It’s not a customer-centric design.

There was a girl with name tag Manpreet at the front counter. She is very unprofessional, rude and unfocused. She was chatting with her coworker while I was asking to scan my card because machine was not scanning when I tried. Worst customer service even other customer said this in front of me

Employees need to now about customer service. It was really disappointing for me as when I came home and check my coffee it was half rather than its correct portion seems like employees were in rush.
