I ordered a combo. The lady only gave me a hamburger and said I didn’t order a combo. None of them speak good English and they have trouble understanding people. I also ordered a milkshake, and they told me they didn’t have any cream. An old lady came after me and had a coupon for a medium coffee. They told her that they only had enough coffee for a small size. 3 mistakes for 2 customers in a short period of time. This place is ridiculous.

The service has been excellent at this spot, the ladies are always smiling and kind. I haven’t eaten Triple O’s in a very long time until this summer, now I will go out of my way to come get the bacon cheddar burger. It is my favourite burger for sure. If you haven’t tried Triple O’s….. it is a must try. 🤤

i’m very disappointed with this location we tried to order in the drive through but everytime we said something they would put the wrong thing! we asked for plum sauce they said “ok honey mustard” we asked for 3 peice chicken strip combo they said “ok 5 peice chicken strip” very frustrating! then we get to the front and they don’t have change to break a hundred? the lady told us “on saturday and sunday there is no manager so we don’t keep change” that is extremely unprofessional of the buisness! they also didn’t charge us for a combo so we had to go back in and get another fries even though we asked for a combo. this is the worst location i’ve ever been to and even their food wasn’t as good as other locations.

Stopped by for a quick burger and milkshake, and didn't expect much from a gas station canteen. Fries were crispy and tasted homemade, hamburger was tasty with a fresh toasty bun. Milkshake was classic white spot, the best. We were baffled at how much better this was than the White spot in our community. Kudos to management and the cook for putting up good food.

I’ve ordered from here upwards of 80 times (no exaggeration), always getting 10-30 chicken tenders and sometimes mixing it up with a fish burger or even the occasional classic burger. I’m not sure what all the other reviews are talking about, they have not once messed up my order, and were always very fast! ontop of that, the food has always been so fresh and hot. the chicken tenders are phenomenal and the fish burger is surprisingly one of the top 5 fish burgers I’ve ever had. Thank you to all the staff working here! You guys are doing awesome, hopefully I can reach 100 total orders from here soon!

i was there today during closing hours and attendant Kuljit there had such an attitude. I could see her rolling eyes. Then i asked for a large ice coffee without ice, and she pours the cup literally half full and hands me over. I asked her why is it half full? And she says its missing ice, its only given full without ice. If no ice then half full. I am shocked.
