I stop by this location every once in a while hoping “this time it’ll be different”, but it never is. Service is reliably slow and it seems as though nobody actually wants to be working here - so don’t stop here if you are on a tight schedule. The odds of your order being incorrect when you get it home are about one in three so pay close attention. This location needs some help and I hope they get it because Triple O burgers are exceptional!

Somehow the food isn't as precisely prepared at the Marine and Main location which I go to a lot. The fries were very crispy on the outside but a little undercooked on the inside. My burger as a lettuce wrap was wet, dripped on my lap in the car. Server was harried not calm and efficient as the other location.

Nasty place. I ordered a milkshake and saw that the pitcher had “used” shake inside and they just reused it. After she made my shake she put the leftovers back in the freezer. ?The cleanliness of this whole place is questionable so i would never order food there.
There is a girl named Manpreet she is so nice and sweet I usually have to come from work so I don't want to wait for my order so I call her and my food is always ready she follows all the instructions properly I tell her to leave the fries Box open because it gets soggy I mean overall he's one of the best servers whoever helps me I triple o I wish she is always there my day goes by amazing because my food is always ready Manpreet top notch service huge thanks ?

Food is terrible and I’ve received chicken burgers where the chicken patty is paper thin, mostly batter. They consistently forget food in the bag, food is stale, smoothie has ice chips in it too big to fit up a regular straw (certainly not smooth lol), when call to discuss they just leave you sitting on the phone. Will not support this business anymore.
