Came to have lunch and staff are so lovely, some of the best staff i have ever encountered. I usually dont come to White Spot but the food and service were so good i think ill be a regular from now on!!

We had a great dinner at this location, served by Isabel, a server visiting from the Metrotown location. She was wonderful! She was super friendly, efficient and attentive, especially with my 3 year old daughter. We appreciated her service and hope to see her again at metrotown!

I went in today for brunch I asked to be seated in a quite corner becouse of a major headache host proceeded to ask server first if I could have the back corner booth after saying no at first which was odd … but my review is more so about the server I believe her name was Alexa everytime she came to my table she was smiling she was prompt with taking my order and getting my breakfast out Food was great service was great :)

Never in my life have I been treated like this. My mom and I have been going to this white spot for over 20 years. We just came from church decided to get a bite to eat. We were seated promptly but we got a server Olivia who is trans saw our crosses hanging from our necks and was hostile. I want to say that we never talked to her about or faith or that she is trans yet she was completely hostile toward us. This is not acceptable she doesn’t like it when people say something about being trans yet it works both ways. We were treated so horrible to the point she got someone else to give us the bill and pay yet all her other people she was friendly to the others she was serving.we even gave the same tip as all other servers. She should not be in a serving position if she cannot be neutral. I am saying this to anyone who is Christian do not go to white spot. If you are Christian let’s Bar all white spot as an anti Christian establishment.
Tonight we had dinner and my wife was unable to finished her club sandwich. Our server packed the half sandwich for her to take home. She left without the takeout package. When we returned to the restaurant about 45 mins later, the manager said most likely the package has been discarded. The Manager immediately offered to order another club sandwich to replace it. He was so kind and generous. This action is definitely above and beyond what I expected. I don't know the name of the manager. He was the manager worked in the evening of Dec 29, 2025. We like to give him special ' Thanks '

My first time at this location. They were able to accommodate our group of 8 with a quick phone call reservation. They were quite busy so we had to repeatedly ask for assistance, but they were quick to help us out whenever we got their attention.
The pot roast is so delicious! We can always rely on a good meal from White Spot.

Used to come here a lot and recently revisited. Seems the place upgraded a bit in that time. Food was great, waiters are attentive. Good place to eat at.
I've been here a few times more recently, and the waitress Olivia has been excellent. Deeply respect that at least this White Spot hires people regardless of identity—a reminder that the world can still be good. There's another male waiter too, I can't remember his name, but he has an energetic, outgoing personality—he's also great.
I recommend the Cheesy Bacon Perogies and the Monty Mushroom Burger. Milkshakes are also great, but a bit heavy if your appetite is small.
