Used to come here a lot and recently revisited. Seems the place upgraded a bit in that time. Food was great, waiters are attentive. Good place to eat at.

I've been here a few times more recently, and the waitress Olivia has been excellent. Deeply respect that at least this White Spot hires people regardless of identity—a reminder that the world can still be good. There's another male waiter too, I can't remember his name, but he has an energetic, outgoing personality—he's also great.

I recommend the Cheesy Bacon Perogies and the Monty Mushroom Burger. Milkshakes are also great, but a bit heavy if your appetite is small.

I usually don’t do google reviews. But the experience at this location was just disgusting and embarrassing. After spending 8 hours in the ER my mother and I decided to come to this white spot for a cozy meal. Our server Sadia, seemed to have a lot on her plate. Greeted with attitude. We order our meals. Only for one to be brought out without a side that it comes with. When I told Sadia about the side being missed, she blamed the younger boy who brought out our meals. And then told us she will take off $2 from the check and ran off. That was just rude, and disrespectful. $2? No apology, nothing to make it right. Didn’t even wait for me to give an answer. When she came back at the end, I even told her it wasn’t about the $2 it’s about the service. She increases the amount of $2 to $10 and sticks the machine in my face. And again, didn’t apologize and didn’t thank us for coming in. Again RAN OFF. Is this the type of people White spot hires? Is this the customer service anyone wants to receive after spending their whole day in the hospital? Sadia is just disrespectful, rude, and full of attitude. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Last week I ordered takeout, and some of the sweet potato fries were rotten.

Darc was such a gem! I came in with my grandparents and she was so kind, accommodating, and recommended great choices. We hadn’t been out for a meal since my grandma had cancer removed from her esophagus. She recommend great gluten free options, and accommodated all allergies. Thanks to Darc for having us and making our meal out so lovely.

Beef dip dry, no taste. Old beef. Told the waitress and she took it off the bill. Her boss would look into it and thanked us for the feedback. Cobb salad, was delish.

We’ve been visiting this location for years. I used to grab lunch to go when I was working in the complex (12years ago).

Today the food was as good as usual, but the service was phenomenal. Mike knew exactly what we wanted before we had to chance to ask. He always attentive without hovering.

Best service I’ve ever had at any White Spot location and I hope I get the chance to have Mike again the next time we come in.

Food was good as usual. Service was terrible. We ordered dinner for 4 people and they shorted us two of the desserts. Phoned to ask about it and they said yup deserts were sitting there, sorry they didn’t make it into the bag. As a consolation they offered to send us a gift card. Gift card never came. So not only did they screw up the order they lied to us about how they were going to fix it. Won’t bother patronizing this establishment anymore.

We haven't been to White Spot in a while but we were nearby and wanted breakfast. I had the tomato and spinach Bennie and my partner had the Denver omelet. Both were tasty. Did you know that the hash browns are bottomless? Lived here our entire lifetime and was never told this. So let's talk about our server ... Olivia was absolutely delightful. She was polite and kind. She stopped in often to check in for coffee and hashbrown refills (btw who told us about the refills on the taters!!). She was easy to talk to without any kind of pressure. We even laughed over a story about Dave Matthews Band! The overall experience was positive and our interaction with Olivia alone would bring us back.

I had a white spot burger keto style! Double burger wrapped in lettuce and it was delicious… Nice to be able to chow down and lose weight at the same time. The only disappointment was the appetizers. I didn’t have any but my mother and brother both complained that the Yorkshire pudding appies were bland. They also wondered why there was an odd number…3. We bought them on “happy hour“ so maybe the discount price includes removing one of them.
It was awesome that they’re open till 10 because most of the other white spots close at nine and we were on our way back from Vancouver Island and starving!
The service was good and the waitress was very friendly.
