We had breakfast here today. Frankly I can make my own bacon and eggs but sometimes nice to have them made for us. Perfectly cooked eggs sunnyside up back nacin delicious. Toast needs toasting twice otherwise you get warm bread. I didnt know they deep fry smashed potatoes didnt use to do that. Would also like better coffee or lattes. Oj could be better like simply orangr insted of minute maid. Lovely kitchen manager Jas Serai both cooked and briught us our food. Our booth upholstery was ripped and manager insisted we move rather than letting us close the blinds.still food pretty good and people lovely.

We had fantastic service. Our food was all delivered within minutes of each person's. We didn't have those awkward minutes where everyone with table manners politely waits while our food gets cold.

eating in is great, but trying to order anything through the phone is impossible, we have been sitting here trying to call for 20 minutes and get hung up on every time the waiting music stops looping. this has happened multiple times in the past and im not sure if they just unplug their phone when they dont feel like taking orders, or their system is broken every other day, but they need to fix it.

My husband and I were looking to get a bite to eat before we got on the ferry to Victoria, BC. We ordered our food, fish and chips and eggs benedict and ate it just fine. It tasted great. 3-4 hours later we both had food poisoning. It was one of the worst effects we have had. In writing this review, I still have stomach cramps from it. I'm writing this review in hopes to remind your employees to wash their hands. I am in healthcare and see this problem often.

Whoever is in charge of hiring at this location does a fantastic job. The staff is always friendly, attentive and quick...even when it's busy af.Vegetarian options: Best veggie burger pattie I've had (not the Beyond Meat buger, the Whitespot brand pattie). If they sold the patties by the crate, I'd buy a thousand of them.Pro tip: Order the Legendary Burger with the veggie pattie. It's cheaper than than their menu "veggie burger" and doesn't come with a bunch of add ons that you don't need, like brie, caramelized onions, etc...and it's awesome.Parking: Small lot, but there is a huge grocery store parking lot nearby that you can park in for free.Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activity sheets for little kids.

Food was solid, but not exactly inspiring. The spicy chicken burger was introduced as "probably the hottest item on the menu", and it turned out to be mildly flavorful. Relaxed family dinner atmosphere, with friendly staff. Overall, not a bad experience, especially considering that other places were closed due to snow, but not a very special treat.Parking: Large mall parking lot in the back. If you're a local, you of course expect to park right at the building, but if those spots are full, you have to walk a few yards at the most

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast at White Spot. Thank you to our server Sean, for just the right amount of attentiveness (and the take home box for sausage leftovers for our dog) and to the kitchen staff. We will be back!
