The wine from our tasting was lovely. The place itself was nice and Grand but the customer service was unsatisfactory. All of the servers wore a scowl on their faces and gave off a very rude vibe like they were inconvenienced. This reflected on the entire atmosphere of our experience.
Make a reservation. I honestly think this is a 5 star winery but unfortunately I'm not very satisfied with my visit. The place is quite large and didn't seem very busy, we came in around 2pm and we're a party of 3. I have family that had visited here before and they loved this place so I had high expectations. I’ve come to this winery twice now. The first time, the service wasn’t great but I chalked that up to it being busy; would have given it 4 stars. I went to blue grouse again a couple weeks ago and I can certifiably say I won’t be back. The servers seemed almost inconvenienced that we came in for a glass of wine, even though it was over an hour before they closed.
