I visited around noon on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago. Cars were lined up for drive-thru so decided to go inside. Problem was the line-up there was to the door and it took 20 minutes just to get to the counter. And then another 5 for someone to take my order. I understand short staffing is an issue but waiting this long for a coffee is ridiculous. Maybe if employees were being paid more a shortage of staff wouldn't be a problem? I'll pass next time.
Very, very slow service,19 minutes in the drive through, but this location is low on staff, and the staff they do have are very moody. But I do understand because of the staff shortage.

Staff seems poorly trained.... exceedingly slow service. Doesn't require three people to read and discuss one order. Waiting inside for food...about 6 customers standing looking at each other wondering why it was taking so long!
