muffins aren't even made fresh anymore went three days in a row with a continuously grosser muffin everyday until I gave up completely, goodbye forever Tims, it was a good run but the low grade people you allow to manage your restaurants have completely ruined every. single. thing. give up while you're still ahead.

I thought about how to say this. Well, here it goes ?The restaurant was FOUL. The bathroom had pee on the seats of the toilet, and the sink in the family room didn't work. Against my better judgment, I still got my iced cap and my steeped tea. The steeped tea tasted like it was made in a coffee pot. I was the only customer in line and 4 employees standing around talking, one had her jacket on in the lobby possibly on a break but the remaining employees who should have been working weren't. Then another customer joined me in line after another minute or 2 she loudly said I guess we are chopped liver. The male employee sighed and came over to take my order. He was not pleasant while doing so. I also watched an employee who had gloves on touch 3 separate things and not change gloves. The lobby had 1 table of customers sitting down and the remainder tables around were dirty. Coffee was spilled, garbage was on the floor, and tables all had crumbs. Not an inviting place, not even a place I EVER want to step foot in again.

Order is always wrong, they have run out of something or told to park and wait for food that may or may not show up. Worst Tim’s South Island.Also the eggs, not sure what you guys did to them but they are awful!

This was my first time in 'this' Tim Hortons. It was exceptionally clean, friendly service, and the coffee and muffin was great!
Cashier was rude to me for having a somewhat large order ( 4 sandwiches, 2 drinks and some donuts) and was very impatient. Was also rude to the staff around her. I know customer service is hard but I never seen someone be so rude to customers for no reason.

We ordered something a couple times here (food) and the order was wrong each time , not what we ordered. Even when they repeat the order through drive through speaker they still ruin it. The food at tim hortins is generally edible however at this location stay away from the food forsure! When you complain they act like it's the customers fault? Please get it together bench road tim hortins. :(??
