The best restaurant in Duncan in my opinion! Such healthy, flavourful food that’s good for you. You can tell everything is made with heart and care. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to eat or want a smoothie or ice cream (that’s good for you!).
Stumbled across the gem today. Am vegan and gluten free so figured I'd just run in and grab a salad and a juice. But there's sooo much more. They have raw pad Thai- which I got and was delicious. Also had to grab some snacks for later so got a vegan and gluten free Nanaimo car and a peanut butter cup. (Maybe it was cashew can't remember now) Plus they had a ton of flavours of ice cream.
