The best restaurant in Duncan in my opinion! Such healthy, flavourful food that’s good for you. You can tell everything is made with heart and care. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to eat or want a smoothie or ice cream (that’s good for you!).

A disorganized experience trying to order a product from the online store, I wouldn't recommend. The staff in-person seemed nice but very confused when I showed up a month after ordering and inquired about my item's status. It was difficult to get someone from the admin team to respond.

Stumbled across the gem today. Am vegan and gluten free so figured I'd just run in and grab a salad and a juice. But there's sooo much more. They have raw pad Thai- which I got and was delicious. Also had to grab some snacks for later so got a vegan and gluten free Nanaimo car and a peanut butter cup. (Maybe it was cashew can't remember now) Plus they had a ton of flavours of ice cream. Also saw on the menu they do raw pizza. The lady was very friendly and I will definitely be heading back soon. Organic vegan and gluten free and raw is my jam. They have soo many goodies here. You have to go.

A must see spot for anyone in the area, Glow juicer y offered me really good service, the store was super beautiful and aesthetic, and the food while pricey was absolutely to die for, you will rant and rave about this place to your friends afterwards, and I didn't feel sluggish or tired after eating!

Rachel made the best Chai in the world for all the family - it was 5 of us ordering a Chai with Walnut & Brazil nut mylk ❤️ 3 of us ordered the burrito bowl, 1 quesadilla and 1 mushroom rotini! All were amazing! They also have a nice area for learning about the local spiritual events/businesses and space rentals. We're excited to try the lemon blueberry cheesecake we brought home! ❤️?? ???Vegetarian options: They are an all plant-based caféDietary restrictions: They're very gluten-free friendly & vegan-friendly ☺️✨ some desserts and goodies have nuts in them, however, there are food and smoothie options without nuts. They also have dairy-free milk!

The food is good, if not a tad inconsistent (sometimes the salads come with lots of toppings and dressing, other times it is much more spartan), and the pre-packaged options they have in the cooler are sometimes not as good as ordering the food fresh. However, the juices are great, their smoothie selection is nice, and the fact that it is all raw is also a plus. Disappointingly, this place was one of the first businesses I noticed being defiant of COVID-19 mask wearing rules, with at least one staff member not wearing a mask. Update as of January 2022: the business has for many months been flippant with mask wearing mandates, and to date nothing has changed. Staff do not wear masks.
