“We’ve been here a few times now for our day trips up-island. It’s a place you have to stop by! The staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is so calming and it smells so delicious with all the food stuffs. We’ve sampled sandwiches and baked goods as well as drinks as they are all excellent! If you’ve not been to hanks yet we would highly recommend it. One of the best on the island for sure!“

“Today I went Tim Hortons here at 4790 TransCanada Highway, Duncan. It was really great. I have already visited here a lot of times.Jerylin ( name tag Jackie) She She treated every custoemr very well and all the other workers over there worked really well and talk really nicely. “The staff there are amazing. I went there today after my mom’s physio and I got her a fountain Diet Coke drink and I got an iced chai. Mine tasted delicious, but the Diet Coke tasted a little funny. Like it was flat or old. Overall that is the very first time that something wasn’t good at this Timmies. It might have just been flat 🤷‍♂“

“Autumn is the best barista. I witnessed a horrible lady being rude to her just now (11am, Tues July 28), after Autumn politely enforced their policy of not grabbing your drinks before the whole order is ready for hand off. This policy is in place for good reason, as drinks can easily be wrongly taken. The lady gave Autumn attitude and came back in to ask for her name, to presumably mention her in a bad review.

You are doing great Autumn, don’t listen to her! To the brown haired mom who was just in, I hope you see this and reflect on your behaviour. Staff are instructed to enforce policy so impatient Karen’s like you don’t take the wrong drink and slow things down for everyone. You should know better and be setting a better example for your kids. Hope this helps 🥰“
