SO friendly and nice, the one lady went out of her way to be helpful and nice, made a huge effort to be accommodating. “Good food and service. Frequently way too busy though. Not much they can do, in such a small space. I recommend going before 3 if you want to avoid lines.Dietary restrictions: Good options to avoid dairy. Both lactose free milk and a variety of non dairy milks fit a lot of needs.“
“The atmosphere has thrown me off a few times. I am sure that is due to my energy that day. However, if it's the staffs vibrations?!?! I suggest the managers start paying their employees more. This would improve their expressions and make the interactions feel more genuine. I'm not saying the staff are not wonderful. They are!! Only want to point out that the vibration seems kind of down or monotone on occasion. They sometimes can not hear me, so I end up having to shout at the audio box while being shouted at. This is constructive criticism, and I say it with love, light, enlightenment, positive affirmations, and hugs that heal. I believe a pay increase is necessary for all staff. That will lift the vibration up and make the atmosphere more comfortable.“
“Nice staff very helpful . Abit dirty on the outside of the building but has public washrooms and you can use your Petro points with your 711 account and get double the points for gas and anything in the store. I'm a points collector so i enjoy coming here for all my convenience needs.“
“We dropped in for a quick bite using a two-for-one coupon. On entry we were greeted by an enthusiastic staffer who wanted us to use the self-serve kiosk. Unfortunately this staffer had problems keying in our order with the coupon so we had to go to the regular ordering terminal. The order came quickly and was delivered to our table.“
“Of all the Tim Hortons in the greater Victoria area this location is by far the best. (I’ve been to nearly all of them) I come to this Tim Hortons 5-7 times a week as does many of my family members.The drive-thru on weekdays is fast, efficient and friendly. Rarely have I ever had an order be mixed up. It’s going to happen from time to time we are only human.I’m hesitant going to other Tim Hortons locations.“
“Although I am not exactly the target audience for an English Tea room, I have to say that Butchart far exceeded any expectations! Although we have been to the Gardens many times over the last 4 decades, this is the first time that my wife suggested that we take “High Tea” before our stroll through the amazing gardens... And of course it proved to be a wonderful idea as I relished every bite and sip (we also had the 3-glass “taster” which paired with the food nicely)... I will absolutely be taking tea on our next visit!“
