“Langford location - From the minute Miguel at the counter took our order, to when Luis was saying goodbye and holding the door for us on the way out, this fast food experience was unlike any other we have ever had! Miguel was incredibly kind and brought our food to our table too, with a smile and a heart full of gratitude. The Uncle burgers and onion rings were delicious and fresh! The ice cold mugs of root beer felt like we were going back in time to a day when fast food was fun too! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of with a great bright style and actual ambience which took me by surprise. Hats off to you, A&W for standing out like this at a time when service is on the decline. Miguel put u on the map for us! We will be back for breakfast soon! Cheers to you!“
“The only good Edo left on Vancouver Island. This restaurant doesn’t precook or overcook like the other locations, and still has the normal pricing. Portioning is also larger than the other locations, while still being extremely fresh. I used to be a regular of the Tillicum location, as I lived right beside it, but now I make the drive out here when I crave Edo. The franchisee is also super nice - he seems to remember my face from when I came in the first couple weeks this location opened. Staff are also super friendly and talkative.“
“Tonight After stoping in at liquor planet to grab a Fat Tug,I arrived at 703 Treanor Ave Dairy Queen at 10:53 and was warming greeted by the front counter attendant Yang, my surroundings where beyond clean. Her and late night team allowed me to order anything of the menu as they where still open till 11 PM she stated, I order a double mushroom burger onion rings, gravy and a banana split, not to mention toppings that where not included on the burger including lettuce & bacon.I was out the door by 10:59PM. In my to go bay the hot and cold items where separated and had napkins and spoon neatly placed in the bag. every single bit of food had no grease and was prepared with care in a healthy portion. Thank you will defiantly be bringing cash next time insure you receive a tip for your excellent customer service and kitchen 's staff culinary skill, something you do not receive from most dine in pubs or restaurants that are this near to closing time.Dairy Queen; you make make more than enough money to include a tip option on your point of sales system and have it distributed evenly among pay roll based on the hours recored from the POS system. Do better.“
“A popular spot for locals, this restaurant did not disappoint. The prices are somewhat high but fair given the source of ingredients and carbon offsets.I loved my crispy chicken burger, it was very tender with a lovely balance of flavour with the included condiments.The beef burgers are tender with a nice mild consistency and not too much fat.I am eager to try their vegan/vegetarian black bean yam burger next time I visit.“
“The Mod pizza in Langford was first the time we have eaten at this chain. The staff were super friendly and hilarious. Happy employees tend to produce the best product! We have since eaten at 4 locations and although this is their only location in Canada it has been the best one we've been to. Their concept of topping selection, fixed prices, etc is wonderful. The pizza itself is delicious and the salads are also great! Try their in house made drinks too! Very tasty!!“
