“No long line up. Love the music playing. Just wish they would give kids fron 2 years to 16 a little gift be it candy or little something. To make kids of heart yo brighten every child heart. I saw a lot young kids pre teens shopping for there parents. Younger one can I get candy.no mom Saud what only on list.“
“I like this location but... no staff basically. They need staff really bad. The wait times are crazy sometimes. Saw a lady crying in the drive thru recently because she was wedged in the line which was taking so long she wanted out and couldn't leave. I usually go in, it's faster.I say all this, go today and get a burger. It's just dumped into the box :/ covered in sauce, nothing on the bun.“
“The food was super yummy… the service was slow but amazing….my complaint and worry is that the 3-4 workers were working in 30 degree temperatures without air conditioning. I was able to spot one small fan blowing hot air at the workers working in a very hot kitchen… I feel like that is very wrong. At least 20 people came in to order in the 15 minutes we were there, I’m sure a company this big can afford to take care of their workers and make sure said workers are comfortable well making this company a lot of money. The poor employees were run ragged (and did a fantastic job) in boiling temperatures, I’m shocked that no one dropped to the floor with heat exhaustion!!! Not happy to see employees treated this easy at all! It’s unfair and cruel.“
“Lovely experience at A&W today. The staff were courteous and quick, and I got one of the freshest sandwiches I've ever had today. The onion rings were cooked perfectly as well. Best A&W in Nanaimo, can't wait to go back! Thank you“
“Today, the power in our area went out for multiple hours and this Subway welcomed us with open hands. Although the lines got long, the employees did not struggle at all in providing quality service! 5/5 Stars, I Will be returning for their Fast Service and Friendly Staff!“
