“I gave a 2 on service for the reason that it really matters who is at the window, there is this blonde girl who works the drive thru I ordered a cherry Vanilla Coke at the beginning of this month and she repeated to me “ okay a Coke “ I was like no big deal I’ll just say what I said at the start “cherry vanilla” correcting her, after I corrected her the tone shift was diabolical anyways I get to the window and she is just speeding through everything which fair enough you work at a fast food restaurant but it’s not fair enough to not at least say have a nice day or something literally anything after you hand someone their food, I always try to be polite to fast food workers as I worked at this location for two years, always being kind to the staff at the window but this girl is just always miserable I say have a good day no response once she hands you you’re food she does not say anything and speeds off away from the window busy or slow, the lack of customer service is interesting to me but then again it isn’t my business cause if it was you’d be out the door for some bs like that in an instant.“

“I haven't had a burger in years, but when I read about their beef being antibiotic free and with fewer hormones, I decided to give it a try. I got a coupon book in the mail and kept it in my glove compartment. Yesterday I was on my way back from Nanaimo and was hungry so I decided to try the Parksville A&W. I was absolutely amazed at teen burger I got. It was loaded with everything that I like in a burger - raw onion, pickles, tomato and lettuce. I asked them to hold the cheese. It was delicious! Everything was fresh. As for the place itself, it was spanking clean. And there was no loud music. And with the coupon, I got a great deal! The person who served me was sweet and asked all the right questions. It was a wonderful experience and I will be going back there, for sure.“
