The only thing that sucks about this place is the drive through is a bit tight. But that's grasping at straws. Overall. Awesome Wendy'“
“We came here last night for dessert just before 9pm, and the guy who helped us out deserves a raise! He was very kind and had a great attitude for it being almost 9pm. He made our blizzards perfectly and even added an extra topping for me that I forgot to ask for. So appreciative! Big change from the service we typically get here from other staff. “One of the best McDonalds on the island.Not sure who owns and operates this location but they do a terrific job.It’s a very busy place but the drive thru moves right along and the staff they hire are friendly and competent.This franchise runs like a well oiled machine. The difference between other locations such as Nanaimo is very noticeable.Glad we have the best McDonalds in our little city of Parksville.Keep up the good work!“
“I came to this location on November 7 2023 at 7:45PM, I would just like to say it was very clean. The staff take really good responsibility and making sure the washrooms and the dining area is neat and tidy. the staff were very nice and respectful. My food was prepared fresh and I’m very impressed with the service I got from the employees at this location!“

“Trying Triple O’s for the first time as we don’t see them in Toronto area. Great selection of burgers and sandwiches. It’s a small restaurant tucked away at a gas station. Quick service, great burgers and works well if you’ve to top up your car at the same time. They have a drive-thru as well. We had the buffalo chicken burger and the spicy ultimate crunch, both were equally great, served hot. Would recommend.“
“I popped in just after closing, hoping I could still get a bucket of chicken and some hot wings for my hungry girl and I. The young fellow at the counter said he would check. He conferred with the cooks and came back saying no problem with a smile on his face! I appreciate them accommodating us as i spent over two decades in a kitchen and the last customers were not always your favourite after a long shift. Delicious fried chicken cooked up fresh from the Colonel's kitchen. Fries were hot and crisp. Gravy drinkable. Love the slaw, cabbage carrot bits and the sweet, tangy dressing are perfect flavour and texture working well at balancing the grease, salty, 11 herbs and spices crispiness coming from the chicken. Polite staff with a good sense of humour! I recommend this KFC. The attached gas station is convenient as well.“
“Great food. Friendly staff. Large portions.Fish n Chips are fabulous. Today I got a legendary Flying Phil burger. It was amazing. The Milk Shakes are traditionally made and are simply scrumptious. I had a chocolate shake.I recommend this eatery if you want something more than a typical fast food restaurant. Prices are reasonable for such an excellent experience.“
