The delivery from DoorDash was fine but the chicken from KFC was not fresh and looked like it had been heated up by re-frying it; the batter was dark, hard and inedible. When I called, the manager claimed they had no way to refry the chicken, which is nonsense because you can clearly see the fryers are available to throw pieces in.
I don’t know what happened to this store location but it’s so dirty in there now. The floors are so greasy, most of the tables have not been cleaned and the washroom is not clean. The store was not busy it was just me and my friend inside the store. The staffs are in the back joking and laughing around (I just assumed this since it was in another language which is not an issue at all). The food was the usual kfc. Very very disappointed. Chicken does not seem to have the flavor that it's always had. Recipes have changed. The gravy was flavorless and runny like water. I doubt I will ever be returning as a customer to any KFC again.
