“We had an amazing treat at Ironworks Cafe & Creperie. So many tempting choices, both sweet and savoury. Three of us wanted to share two crepes, and asked if our choices could be cut into thirds. Renee plated the thirds individually with full garnishes. 🌟🌟🌟 We had the ‘Four Berries and Cream” (sweet) and the ‘Spinach, Artichoke & Brie” (savoury). Hmmmmm. Latte was excellent. 🌟 Locally owned, caringly staffed, local ingredients. So impressed. Thank you.”

“Assorted tempura plate for lunch. All was good except for the asparagus which was very woody. I told the waitress and rec'd two more asparagus sticks; one was very good and one was better but still woody. Overall, duriong the past year all has been very good, jsut this compaint.”

“Absolutely amazing food and attentive service! We can recommend: 1) Pacific Rockfish Fish and Chips: flavorful, crisp breading and a Thick fish filet that was sweet and fresh tasting. Our Teen only needed the ONE pc Rockfish as it was huge! 2) Saturday Night special: hot honey BBQ Ribs with jalapeno cornbread, corn on the cob, house made macaroni salad, AND it came with fries (chips)! Amazing flavors, textures and really, enough to feed 3 people! 3) Roast Beef Dip with gravy and chips (fries.) Great flavors and filling! 4) Guinness Chocolate Pie- this was like the best fudge on a crumb crust...way too good to be missed, so we shared among 3 as we were so full!”

“The pizza is good. Good for pickup, but I don't recommend delivery, it takes a long time and my pizzas arrived soggy and luke warm. Maybe it's better if you're in inside the town of Ladysmith.”

“Great place to eat, I brought my dad here with my daugther all the time and they love it. The staff at this subway are great and they're really sympathetic with my father who has dementia.
I always get the rice bowls because I'm gluten free and it's more value for money this way instead of trying the gluten free bread.

“This is a long standing debate around town in Ladysmith. - who serves the best Chinese food in Ladysmith. Tonight, we decided to check out one of the town’s favourites, The Phoenix. It certainly didn’t disappoint.
We ordered the Chicken Chow Mein, Pork Fried Rice, Beef and Broccoli, and the Crispy Chili Beef. All the dishes were tasty, meat and noodles weren’t dry, the broccoli was cooked just right and the sauce was very light and yummy. We are now huge fans of the Crispy Chili Beef, not overly spicy but still had a nice kick. There was enough food for four adults or for two very famished adults. I would consider this to be Canadian Western Chinese Food.

“Same old same old as far as an A&W goes but absolutely wild for, who seemed like, corporate or district managers to be discussing who they want to fire in the middle of the restaurant , where staff on break and staff who are working can for sure hear them lol also the person who was the cashier/drive through/seemingly everything but food prep at around 2:30p today was truly carrying the entire team”
