“Ventured out on a limb tonight and tried the sweet chili chicken bowl. My first thought was where is the chili? Or maybe i misunderstood. The chicken was your standard Tim chicken, the same chicken used in wraps. The leafs of lettuce were considered my vegetables for the evening. The sauce was mildy spicy, kinda like my Thai Kitchen sweet chili sauce we buy at Costco. Ahhh! There was the chili! Hmmm, disappointed. Coffee should keep me awake during my drive. And the honey crueller has been my doughnut of choice lately. My server was helpful and friendly. A good place to stop.“

“Ordered the latest iced honey comb lavender latte and crumb coffee cake to go. Fresh and delicious cake. The honey comb had just the right amount of sweetness while the lavender flavour was not too soapy or cloying. Efficient barista and cashier typical of Starbucks location everywhere.“

“I enjoy going to Starbucks at UBC. The staff work hard to get everyone’s drink efficiently and correctly. For all you complainers I would like to see you working at Starbucks. Long hours while working on weekends to pay for school. And then dealing with people who are upset about their drinks. Honestly get a life. Many of you will be ubc students. Privileged and complaining about nothing. Why do’t you focus your criticisms on something more constructive.“
“The food is good, coffee is great and the staff are nice. Busy little spot. We had a mix up with our order, the owner came out and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which was unexpected, but appreciated. I have since been back multiple times and it was great.“
