The service has been excellent and we love dark roast coffee and London Fog lattes. We've had great fun on the Starbuck's patio with our dog.

Came in as we wanted a coffee on the way back home from Victoria. I wanted to order my usual iced oat latte (minus the ice due to teeth sensitivity), and the associate behind the counter told me that I would be changed extra to do so. I have ordered this drink across various locations in Canada, and I have never been asked to pay more before. She then offered that she they could make the drink without filling the cup to make up for the shortage of ice, and I declined such an idea....read full review

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has friendly staff, though some younger female employees treat it as a personal hangout. The store is clean, the people are friendly, and the coffee is hot and strong. Customers enjoy a London Fog, dark roast coffee, ginger molasses cookies, ciabatta sandwiches, and veggie pockets. The donuts are good but not as good as Tims. The atmosphere is comfortable with comfy chairs, and customers are not rushed out the door. However, the sugar is behind the counter so you have to ask for it, and the outlets are designed so you cannot use the USB and the outlet at the same time.
